that's the first thing I thought I did hurdles in uni at men's height (42" to 33" for women) and goddamn a bad fall at top speed like that can cause major injury not to mention knocks the wind out of you and hurts like a MOFO. A guy in the lane next to me once caught his lead led on the first hurdle and fractured his F*ing FEMUR one time. Hope she's ok
They always kept a decent class I recall them doing well back in 2001 Penn Relays. They had these all yellow bodysuits and looked like bananas but they were moooving. I'm a half hour from A&T and saw them practicing back in the Spring. I'm now a fan. I hope they do great as well.

Why didn't the announcers explain why she was not running? They bring up athletes in the 200 who aren't even participating in the track meet and here they don't clarify why she is scratched for the final. Did I miss something?

Black women all around the world are very fastly dominating track it’s amazing and look at all that melanin and them wearing their natural hair I love it so much their setting the tone for the younger generations to come
Three steps is a must, unless one alternates, which is not smart in this short race. For the 300/400M Hurdles, I use to take 15 steps as a male. I’m not sure how many they do now, but, there is a proper way to do it.

Am I the only one to think that the women's hurdles are extremely low? Considering some of them are very tall and powerful, it's not even impressive anymore....
