      Just think how fast Femke Bol's World Record is at 36.86 seconds for 300m hurdles. That is an average of less than 12.3 seconds for each 100m over a 300m distance.

      Her current record is 51.46 or something. Where are you getting 4 seconds from? She'd already run 52.75 in 2018.
