Her measurements states that she haven't only loose weight but fat and had built or preserve muscle mass which has many benefits and remember muscles are easy to loose comparatively. Her weight loss (4-5 kgs) is very less according to her measurements , however you can see her shape which had changed alot . So don't be demotivated by seeing her results because it varies from person to person. Start it and have patience don't worry about results, your work will pay off for sure . The problem I find watching your videos (honestly I watch to catch up on you Mr co tent occasionally) is that you are always trying something or the others to lose weight or grow fitter. I feel less inspired than motivated because the message I get is that the previous challenges you did were inferior than the latest ones and that your approaches are not sustainable for long term. Is it just me who feels that way? I adopted Satvic Movement plans, yoga, and recipes and lost 16 kgs and got my BMI to normal. Has been a year exactly now. I would suggest you also do that, and stay fit in healthy way because I see you look undernourished and not glowing
Everyone’s body is different and how intense we are taking the challenge. For me now am on my 26th day and so far I lost 4.7kg. But who knows may be after this I may not see that much difference. Anyway the main thing about this challenge is to be in healthy state as much as possible both physically and mainly mentally. To build discipline and good routine. That’s what our main focus, our body is working it’s job as much as possible. So be patient and consistent we will reach to our goal .

I started working out so seriously that i lost almost 13kgs in 70 days.. but then i lost touch for exams and studies and now in winter i feel lazy to workout... Thinking to bounce back again and be my best again💪

I think you should also measure your chest and reveal the numbers to increase awareness, nothing wrong in that, people usually doubt whether they lose breast fat with weight loss. So, that will increase awareness not a taboo anymore. I hope everyone takes my comment positively.
Excuse me but i would also like to suggest some tips when i was a teenager (now too)during covid i gained a lot weight weighing 65kg , just by dancing to k pop i lost 15 kg in 1 month though it was possible by avoiding fatty food too and also i had too much time as is was covid ofcourse try it!!!

I've always been very cautious about my hip size because even though my waist size is small, my hips make me look too big. I have a 13 inch difference between my waist and hips measurements🙄 so I wanna gradually reduce my hip size to 38.

In a month I lost 4kgs all I did was eating 2 full meal a day with lots of veggies and fruits and by walking 15k+ steps daily.
