Hey man great video, but specifically props to getting great B-roll. Not enough people take advantage of the free tools that the RuneLite camera plugin provides paired with the 117 HD graphics. Good stuff
I actually didn’t think of using the runelite camera plugin. That’s genius. I just used the orb of oculus but it always hides my player character so I can never get clips with me in it!
Awesome video! A lot of these strategies can be translated into PvP as well. If you're a master pvmer and never tried PvP you def should. It's a great pastime activity and one of the most intense pieces of content in the game. When you're good at it it's also highly rewarding. Def something that can be mastered for those that want to push themselves. You used to be able to do it with mates, and you still can, but it's not as relatively safe pking in a group as it used to be.
Alot of good ideas and learned alot. I'd say take each idea and break em down into little shorts and add more top tier stuff to the list so we all have something to work towards and also telling good places to learn them, That was a good idea. Thanks bud goodnluck
HOLY SHIT You're telling me I can remap the F keys, everything in this guide was super helpful, but you actually just changed my life. One of my biggest gripes with pvm is how awkwardly I have to rest my hand to hit my fkeys properly.
Awesome video! Lots of great ideas all in one place and easy to understand. I would like to switch my F-Key setup to something similar as yours as I also find my hand naturally resting on WASD but I've been using the F-Keys for so long, hoping it doesn't screw up my menu swapping.
Good guide. I didn't know you could rebind keys other than numerical keys with key remapping plugin. For some reason I always assumed it only worked with numerical keys.
14:35 based key remapping enjoyer. I remapped my favorite FKey configuration to the corresponding number keys. My prayer is on my mouse and so is camera movement. Silky silky smooth. BASED MOUSE BUTTON ENJOYER 14:58 this is exactly what I did for my prayer. Spell book is on 2 invi 1, special on 3, equipment on 4. Wild how similar. THIS GUY FUCKIN GETS IT FOLKS!!
Redemption can heal you when < 10% of your HP. So it’s good in places like vespula where her max hit is 8 and will never kill you while praying redemption! Locator orbs reduce your overall HP so it’s helpful when you need to do big damage with dharoks armor set or going for some combat achievements at hydra!
My mouse is a Logitech mouse and they have gaming software that allows me to map my mouse keys to f-keys then in the RuneScape settings I just map the f-keys to prayer,inventory,mage book etc… I don’t remember what the exact software is called but I would check with your mouse manufacturer for more information.
4:48 not true if one tornado is adjacent to you and the other is two away, you will jump both if you click through them, this will only fail if one of the two tornados is 3 or 5 tiles from you
Out of all the mechanics in the game, I absolutely hate the Red "x"-ing mechanic. It's complete bs that it'll somewhat stun the monster due to some spaghetti coding and I wish Jagex knew (or would) fix the bug personally but at the same time, so many people have been abusing it for this long that elitists would absolutely lose their shit if they take it away.
Actually those are just tufts from the sanitizing wipe I cleaned it with just moments prior. I have sweaty hands so having a nice clean mouse and workstation is essential for success within RuneScape!
All this does show How people who aren't on mobile having advantage over people on mobile because you're not even playing with just the game you gotta use rune light to win
I won’t lie. I think it’s much much easier PvMing on PC. But I don’t know that runelite is the sole reason for the advantage. It does provide a lot of useful features like tile markers and NPC indicators however, I think the real power behind the PC in the dexterity you have with the mouse and the FKeys on the keyboard.

I think most people just find the 117 HD plugin ugly.

Yeah!! It’s a little weird because you have to combine runelite settings with the OSRS Client settings but it works beautifully!

my definition of kiting was allways to follow the shape of a kite as to not get attacked but your definition makes alot more sense

I do have a mouse keybind to hop worlds, 1 click is control+shift+left. probably not legal but i use it all the time
Definetly againts the rules. You might be able to change the hotkey to just one key in runelite.
@@Mecinimi yes that's what he uses but he binds the whole keybind to one mouse button. Maybe it's ok but it's definitely isn't a 1:1 rebind

I wipe my mouse down with sanitizing wipes regularly and sometimes they leave little tufts of cotton which is what you see there.
