I tried your recipe today. Taste was good. Our oven can have only 355 or 360 degree Fahrenheit setting. 180 degree Celsius is equivalent to 356 degree Fahrenheit. I baked them at 355 degree Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes. Buns got burned at the bottom & I tasted egg in the buns. I used instant yeast, but dough didn’t rise at all inside the fully air conditioned house within one hour at all. What will you suggest regarding rising of the dough & baking time setting for 355 degree Fahrenheit to avoid burning & egg taste in the baked buns at all?
Every oven's heat is different so lower your heat next time. For egg taste issue you can add more essence it won't taste like that. For rise of dough, check your yeast first separately that it was fully sealed from air and fresh. Mostly when we open yeast and use after some days it loses it activation and becomes useless.
Hi, buns are looking delicious i want to ask you something like i,m allergic to milk powder so may i skip it or use fresh milk instead + what is this bread improver? may i skip it as well?
