Chicken buns without oven
Ingredients

Salt 1 tsp or to taste
sugar 1 tsp
yeast 2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp
egg 1
Milk 1/2 cup
water as required

Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Garlic Chopped 1 tsp
Onion Chopped 1
Chicken boneless 1 Cup
White flour (maida)2 tbsp
Milk 1 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
whole spices powder 1/2 tsp(garam Masala )
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Ginger powder 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
White vinegar 1 tsp
spy Sauce 1 tbsp
red Chilli sauce 1 tbsp
mozzarella cheese grated 1/2 cup(optional )
Beaten egg 1
White Sesame seeds (White til)

warm milk 1/2 cup
add water as required
oil 1tsp and knead
Filling:
Oil 2 tbsp
cumin seeds 1tsp
garlic chopped 1tsp
onion chopped 1- cook for 2 mins
chicken boneless 1cup - cook till it turns white and wait for 4-5 mins
white flour 2tbsp
milk 1cup
salt 1/2 tsp
black pepper 1/2 tsp
whole spices powder 1/2 tsp (garam masala)
white pepper powder 1/2 tsp
ginger powder 1/2 tsp
red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp and then mix
Veniger 1tsp
red chilli sauce 1tbsp
soy sauce 1tbsp
Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup (optional)
