A few more things to add to this routine!!!
- Last nap of the day ends by 5:30 (even if I have to wake him up)
- For the purpose of this video the lights were on more than normal.I usually "set the mood" more with low lighting etc.
ALSO if you are struggling with your baby sleeping give yourself grace, take a deep breath, ask for help, try something new etc.

When my son was a few months old I used to get so much anxiety and sadness from advice stating “how to get baby to sleep through the night”. I think this is very helpful but also very important to note that every baby is different and some will just be better sleepers than others.
So true!! I stressed so much about my son not sleeping the way he “should” and now my second born is such a good sleeper and I cannot think of anything we have done differently. Every baby is different.

You should try the Baby Buddy bath sponge. It lathers so well so it makes your body wash last longer. I still use it for my 5.5y/o. It’s stiff when dry, but gets super soft when wet. They have them at Target and Amazon.

Yes! We love it. Worked great for us. 12lbs is the weight so once he hit that we switched him over

Do you burp your baby before laying down? Does he burps while asleep?
My baby slept through the night randomly at 4 wks and he wakes up at seven to eat and nine. I get extra sleep after that. When we lay him down we talk and sometimes watch tv idk how it works but it does!! We feed and swaddle before bed. We don't bathe every night either just every two days maybe
Nursing to sleep is the only way we can get him to sleep and not wake up

For naps do you wake Benny up after sleeping for 2 hours or do you just let him sleep as long as he wants? How many naps does he take?
I mean yes I would if that ever actually happened Hahahah. Naps are usually no more than an hour for him. He’s not the best at naps yet lol. He takes 4-5 naps a day

I have a little guy who is just shy of 3 months old and has been sleeping poorly at night the past several weeks or so. Did your son sleep better after going in his crib? I’m wondering if transferring mine to the crib will help at all with this.

When my son was in the NICU they used extra long qtips to apply butt creams and I do that. Then I can just throw it out and don't have to clean anything.

When you breastfeed before bed do you do both breasts? I have a 10-week old and I have to use the haaka during night feedings or my breasts start to hurt.
Hi yes I feed from both sides for the last feed even if I have to slightly wake him up.
Then I use the Elvie curve or Haaka for the first and sometimes second feeding of the day the next day.
Usually I can get about 2-3 ounces that way that I save for an extra feed in the evening when my supply drops
Why 7:30 and not like 9:30 so they wake up later?
Yeah I also feed my baby to sleep that’s the only way he’ll sleep lol
none of my babies slept through the night while breastfeeding. usually eats 4 to 5 times during the night. by the time my first born was sleeping through the night he had just been weaned from the boob at 2 years. just had my second 8 weeks ago and hes the exact same as his brother their like twins but three years apart.
