Same. My daughter almost 2 months. Trying to get her to nap in her crib
To find joy everyday and to be myself. I'm a people pleaser and sometimes that makes me not be my authentic self. I also have a lot of goals I want to achieve this year. Saving money, being the best mom I can be and keeping my family and I healthy as best as I possibly can. Healthy physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It's not always easy to achieve all of these goals but I sure am going to try.

I am the same way as you when it comes to things being cluttered or out of place. I just can't handle it. If my house isn't clean neither is my mind. Your dinner looks Delicious. My New Year resolution is to learn to do things for myself. Like Self-care. I do so much for everyone. I'm the only one who cooks 2 or 3 meals per day.. for my Large Family. I love watching your videos and how relatable they are! I feel like everything you said is what I think! I have a 5 and 1 year old so we are in similar situations. Thanks for sharing! I use a crib wedge for all my babies, it helps so much with preventing spit-up when they lay on their backs. And idk if this is backed by data, but I definitely get more clogged ducts when I’m tired and/or stressed. I’m nursing my third baby now, and whenever I have a long night I’m way more susceptible! Rest is so hard to get with little ones, but so so important ❤ try not to push yourself too hard.

I hope you found time to do something for yourself. As mom's i feel like when we have a over whelming amount of things we need to get done or the amount of chores we need to get done to feel stress-free it's so easy to lose a sense of who we are. Of course being a mom is the best but we still are a wife and more than that we are our own person. So when you feel overwhelmed I just hope you catch it and you really do something for yourself to feel better or fill your cup. I have been there and you seem like such an amazing mom you deserve that time for yourself🥰

If he is ready to transition from the swaddle but loves it try the zippidee zip from sleeping baby! All my kids transitioned to them and used them until over two years old 😅 they are amazing!

Also try the love to dream stingray suits as a way to transition him out of swaddle. Both my boys loved these. Their arms are up over the head and they have specific transition versions where the arms can be removed. You can start by just removing one arm until he gets used to that. My boys only took a day or two with one arm out and then they were happy with both arms out.

You are doing great mumma. Buy yourself some cute maternity activewear. I lived in a brand called emamaco. They had baby pink and blue, black & white active nursing tanks. Pair them with their recovery tights which are super high waisted and firm around the tummy to hold you in. I would probably go up a size in them though. Otherwise they have regular gym tights. New bras definitely make all the difference.

Have you had him checked for reflux? My daughter was spitting up like Ben and was not sleeping well and once she was diagnosed and started meds it changed everything! Just thought I'd mention it.
Yeah we talked to our pediatrician today. It’s so inconsistent. Some days (like this day) it’s worse than others. But it’s not really effecting him most days so I don’t think we need to do anything…yet at least haha. Thank you! Glad you got something to help you
