    Good information, but it will be more helpful if you put the picture or video of them. So we can imagine and be more amusing ☺️

    Informative and I learn to be grateful with where I live right now. There are not many apartments in my city, mostly are landed properties. I always thought it was cool to get an apartment as a weekend getaway home as they were equipped with gym and pool. It seems common to be living apartment in Korea.

    Hi, thanks. It was very informative. I check not to live in the dormitory on my admission forms. Now that I watched your video, I get a little bit nervous about whether I made the right decision. My university is Gyeongsang National University. What do you think I should do? and what are my options?

    Thank you so much for this video! Do you know the difference in onerooms that say two room, three room and duplex? I'm going to live for one year but knowing officetel doesnt have bed and furniture I think I might go to a oneroom

    Thanks for the informational video! How much is the one room realtor fee/commission usually?

    • @YourKoreanSaem
      @YourKoreanSaem  3 года назад +1

      (Rent x 100 + deposit fee) x 0.3% is a common formula that’s used to calculate the commission!

    You remind me of an actress in an American tv show or drama. Your mannerisms and accent are super American O_o

      Hope that was a compliment! I spent 10 years of my childhood in New York :)

      @@YourKoreanSaem I'm American! It was an observation. I was surprised because I assumed you were from South Korea. I wondered if you studied abroad or something? You sound like someone from California which is a good thing because they speak clearly. I also noticed you don't speak too fast.How did you study English? Can you give me some tips so I can apply it to learning Korean? :-)

    • @YourKoreanSaem
      @YourKoreanSaem  5 лет назад +1

      I've never set foot in the west coast hehe! Always wanted to visit Cali. Anyway English was my first language actually, I moved back to Korea when I was 12 and had to learn Korean too! It was easier for me because I grew up listening to Korean (mom can't speak English) and because I was much younger, and kids pick up languages much more quickly.
      That, and complete immersion; I had to attend an all-Korean school so I was forced to speak Korean only, all day errday. So maybe expose yourself to Korean as much as possible. :D

      @@YourKoreanSaem Dang. You don't sound like you're from New York at all though. I would have never guessed. I live in Houston. I think the only way I can immerse myself in Korean is if I attend a Korean church. That might be awkward though lol. It must have been difficult going from American education to a Korean one right? wow O_o You should give a story on that.

      Hahaha I did hear there is a huge Korean population in Texas. And oooh thanks for the idea! :D I think I will someday.
