Before anyone curses out the place where they are at since there is no appt like this there that is affordable, just remember that there are always pros and cons. Folks living in Seoul or NYC, for example, in tiny apts. with huge rent may stick it out there for the cultural and city vibes, a great paying job, and hate long commutes. Living in the outskirts of the city, the suburbs and further out may have jobs allowing the WFH or hybrid scenarios so long commutes may not be an issue. While one may save on rent, a bigger apt may bring up your water and electricity costs. You have more space, you end up buying more stuff to fill in that space.
I can't imagine anything this affordable in England. I've only ever lived in London and I'm managing to save up as I continue living at home, but I'm now considering taking my savings abroad because this flat is easily affordable for me 🤧 The main downside is that I want to fully own a property one day, and I know that's essentially impossible in Korea 😂

Omgg😍 I still remember your high floor apartment tour, which was super tiny but comfy❤️ happy to you!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️
I can't imagine anything this affordable in England. I've only ever lived in London and I'm managing to save up as I continue living at home, but I'm now considering taking my savings abroad because this flat is easily affordable for me 🤧 The main downside is that I want to fully own a property one day, and I know that's essentially impossible in Korea 😂
This apartment is literally so beautiful ahh 😍✨💕
Imagine this, but in Seoul... I would literally never leave

Wow what a gorgeous apartment!!
I love the views and the sounds. Can we have a full video of just window-views to the trees and the sounds? 😢 it brings me instantly back to my times living abroad and I miss it so much 😢😢😢
That’s amazing!!!!! How far away are you from Seoul? Is it still easily accessible? I love how much technology is in the home, you even have a bidet!
About 40 mins by subway! The bus stops right in front of my apt building and takes me to the subway station so it’s rly accessible 🥳
@@rachelheheh hi do you mind to share the apartment name? We have been trying to move to new place but we just couldn’t find the right one. Or just the location will be very helpful.. thanks a lot!
