Jessica's vlog isn't just a vlog. It's a cultural reset. the oxygen you breathe, It's a lifestyle, a reason to live and escape from this cruel world. It's art, the first gift you open on Christmas. A hug from a loved one & everything you’ve ever wanted.
Thanks for letting me 'in' into your condo unit tour. It's quite neat and just perfect for you (one person) but as you've said it's the noise that bothers you. As your place is located near the road, also hospitals around your building, there will be a lot of cars, ambulances and motorcycles passing. Well, you may use ear muffs, esp. when sleeping, though it would be uncomfortable. Another solution is for you to make your bedroom sound-proof but might be hard due to its layout unless it's enclosed as a room w/ a door. For now, you just need to get used to to the noise.
You definitely have a talent for interior decorating. Such a nice, lovely and cozy unit. Too bad for the issue with the noise. I myself have moved from several different condos/houses, and it's really hard to find the perfect place. There's always a compromise somewhere.
What I love about most apartments I've seen in Seoul is that even though they're on the small side, the built in storage is amazing. I wish my home had so much smart storage!
Its Jamie Davies I love my Independent apartment in the UK would it be easy to get a nice independent apartment in North Korea or Japan please Sherry Osborne my friend?
OMG! i really missed Korea so much 😢 i tried 4 airbnb accommodations during my 8Days-9Nights vacation in Seoul last 2018 - 2 nights in a guesthouse in Myeongdong (very homey feels with guests of diff races) - 2 nights in an apartment in Gangnam (feeling rich yayamanin gangnam style) 🤣 - 2 nights in a guesthouse in Itaewon (although natulog talaga ako sa sauna on the 1st night) - 3 nights in a studio in Hoehyeondong (just minutes walk to Namsan Tower) I intentionally planned to have different accommodations so that I can compare, at the same time have an idea of a Korean home...plus it's really cheap that way (airbnb hacks) 👌 All the houses/apartments were really nice and cozy 😍 Amazeballs 🤞🤞 your loft type studio is really nice compared to what i'm staying with here in Dubai 😂 i'll definitely go back to Korea now that i'm learning Hangul 😊🙏
At first I was wondering why her snacks and condiments are most Filipino used in daily meanwhile most korean I watched in YT has different variation of snacks that mostly Korean would stocks. And I was shookt when she speak Tagalog. Girl you are now my favorite aesthetic vlogger.
This is one of the issues I encountered first time I moved out from my parents house. I did not thought about the noise. I only consider how the apartment look and how close it is from my work. there's few things that you will pick up when renting a house, you would know what you wanted and what you do not want the next time you will move. There are things that you think you don't need but ending up needing it either way. And that's how your adult life begins. Experiences. 😂
i like the house!! I’m fine to this house kasi minimalist lang then yung size is ok lang talaga for one/two people. And grabe yung spacious sa mga cabinet. Ang ganda lang tingnan talaga!

your house is so pretty😍 I wish Malaysia has this kind of house for a one person to rent. One thing I like about South Korea (and maybe other countries too) is that they have houses that is suitable for a one person or two person to rent and the condition of the house is good, clean, fully or partially furnished and has built-in storage. Meanwhile, in Malaysia, we have to share with other housemates or even roommates and mostly the condition of the furniture are bad already, but for the sake of cheap monthly fee. There might be a nice house or studio with good condition furniture but the monthly fee would be expensive.
Your videos really heals me and makes me calm. Whenever I watch your videos, I can really see how passionate you are in vlogging. Thank you for existing, Unnie!
Very nice layout, I want one for myself. This is even bigger than our Condo in QC! Good choice except for the noise, but you'll get used to it though. We had a condo in New Orleans really close to the streetcar route and in the corner of two major Roadways, just like what you have, we hear gunshots, ambulance sirens, trucks cars, streetcars like "The Street Car Named Desire" type of streetcar. The good thing is after a while you'll get used to it and you'll eventually learn to tune it out. You'd actually miss it if you moved to some other place. You're quite well organized. I wish I can be like that. My office is like a hurricane-devastated place, I know where everything is though.
Omg, I love this kind of content. Hoping you could start a living alone series? I also want to move out and have my own space here in the Philippines. But I think there’s soooo much to prepare and to consider. So watching this kind of vlogs really really motivates me to go for what I want to do. Also, team kahoy here! Haha your bedroom and plant area is lovely 💖
pretty vlogger, pretty place and as always cute expressions of Ms. Jessica Lee, you're an inspiration po, thanks for always showing your love for the Philippines through your stuff and your food in your own home, take care and God Bless po - Krish from the Philippines
yay, it was nice to see your apartment come to shape. i was wondering, how many appliances already came with the apartment? In my place here in Japan, it didn't come with any. So i had to buy my own stove, fridge, and washing machine (with out a dryer). It seems its common in Korea to especially have a washing machine already with the apartment. I am not sure just my observation from what i have seen from people who live in Korea. In Japan, occasionally the stove is already attached to the kitchen.
Also for the noise, I think you could fix that if you add some cheap acoustic foams on windows or the walls. Its not always going to look good but I think you can pull an art attack on it, or just buy designed ones. It may even make your walls or windows look better 🙂
Another feel good video from Jessica 🥺 whenever I watch her videos whatever content it may be I always feel so relaxed (maybe because of her voice and neutral accent?) and even though she speaks the English language, I feel like she's talking to me in Tagalog/Filipino language. That's why I'm also happy she have a Podcast now! Yiiieeeee 😄
I just love how you love Philippines, the pleasure is ours. ❤️ Don’t know if you already experience to live in the province here in Philippines, but it’s way more beautiful compared to living in Manila. Maybe you will discover 85% of Filipino culture and hopefully you will love it.
Hi Unnie! (a.k.a ate jessica) i would like to say that you should do handwash, because using washing machine can stretch your clothes, well using washing machine is kinda not you know a lot of work to do just to wash your clothes, but if you can do handwash, then i think you would try, us filipinos doesn't use really washing machine, because it can stretch clothings, but some of us use, it's more nice and you would have an enjoynment of doing the handwash, hahhaha just wanted to say because i don't want your clothes to stretch, since your outfit's are nice! :) YOUR HOUSE IS REALLY NICE!
Watched this vlog with no skip. Your channel is a gem to a young adult who yearns independence and living the life they just love. Looking forward to see more of your daily vlogs ❤❤❤🇵🇭

Noisy places...I understand... If you want very convenient transportation, the house will be very noisy. When I lived around Sadang station in Seoul, the place was very noisy. Now I live in Bucheon, this place is very quiet. I had searched for a year looking for quiet place around seoul, and I decided to lived in Yangpyeong(양평군) that place was too quiet and lonely. I recommend you to consider Bucheon city of your ground.
Hahah I'm glad I'm not the only one who cannot deal with the noise from the motorcycles/sports cars! I used to live near the river valley in my city (very beautiful view and very convenient location!) but I also had to move because I couldn't stand the motorcycles & sports cars. It felt like there was going to be an earthquake or something every time one of those would pass by, and they liked to go drag racing in the middle of the night too D:
Jessica being so clear and concise for small place, makes it seem large. Also didn't know she was only 170cm. She looks taller in her videos, must be camera angle..

Hi, Jessica. You really made me smile when I saw the Pinoy foods and condiments that you have in your pantry. As a Filipina, I find that very easy to relate to. Thanks for doing this video, what a cool house tour. 😊
Just finished watching the video. I thought this video would end very serious but it made me laugh when you talked about the noises you hear especially the noise of the sports car. Idk if this is possible but as far as I remember, in exchange of direct sunlight for plants, you can use artificial light, a light bulb with yellowish color (idk how to call that haha) and directly turn the them on to the plants. Love it! As you've mentioned the one thing that u don't like is the noise. I'm jst wondering if that building has more floors upstairs so that u can move to somehow lessen the noise if you move to a higher floor. 🙂
Actually any mint does not like direct sun at all or just a bit. Try snipping the tops down to the next set of leaflets and it will bush out. Do this regularly. Soil must be kept moist.
Every vlog of you was really amazing ❤️❤️ especially when you vlog about the Philippines we really appreciate it so thank you ❤️❤️ for now situation I just want to send a warmth hug and plsss always keep safe hope to meet you in person and yeahhhh babyeee always keep safe 😘😘😘
Jessica's house is so cute even though it is only have a limited space but doesn't produce an inconvenience for her but what Jessica Lee said the noise comes from vehicles can heard inside on their house.😅🙂
Wahhhh Ate Jessica I am always amazed with your vlogs. So calm and sooo aesthetic. I was very relaxed and motivated while watching your video for today. Btw, sana ol sports car yung dumadaan, sa pinas ang pinaka maingay for me is yung truck ng basura ahhahahahahha. Goodnight pooo

I am always, always watching videos of Korean house tour or apartment tour and this video of yours reminded me of my goal to go to Korea to work. Hopefully by early next year, everything will be okay.
I like the new modern design. It looks like you were going for the minimalist style but made it your own. I’m also looking forward to your new home tour in about a year😉.
The almost perfect room, not too big and not too small perfect for you, it's just the ambulance noise that ruined it 😆 still it looks so neat, comfortable, and elegant 🤍
From all the foods that Jessy have, the pancit canton is the memorable one. I think pancit canton is very rare in Korea. So if you happen to buy pancit canton in every city in Korea, then you're a luck one.
yehey, so happy for you ate Jessica to be able to live in your new condo. Next vlog that I want to recommend is cook gulaman with ate sylvia. Love you. And please do shout me if ever that you see this comment.
All the korean apartment i see has a lot of storage which is really smart. It looks big for a 21sqm room. I used to live in an apartment beside main hiway (C5). I got used to the noise and was able to sleep continuously.
Hi Ate Jessica, Thank you for so much for the effort every video that you make and Stay safe po jan and thank you po sa suprise live 😊😊😊😊 We love you Alwayss :))
as someone who has lived in a loft type apartment, i do agree that loft stairs do really tend to be narrow or small that it's scary 😭 but i got used to it in the end and now i miss it :(
you can buy an led grow light if you're worried about your apple mint not growing well. or maybe you can find something like an aerogarden (small hydroponic set up for the home) for growing herbs and stuff.
Wow it's not expensive considering it's in Seoul. And it's new and fully furnished. You got a lucky good deal. The only thing I find hazardous is the loaf since it fails to meet the height safety requirements. I guess 6 footers will eventually crawl, kinda weird.
Hii te Jess!!a always tunning in for your new vlogs while on online class because i always look forward to it everyday😍😍lovelots from Cebu Philippines 🇵🇭😍❤️
First time watching your vlog. Nagulat ako sa “taray pang Home Buddies” haha omgg so i learned that you have a Filipino heart. I have yet to watch your other vlogs. I’ll check it out 🥰
Nice, if you can customize the mezzanine area or bedroom, maybe you can soundproof the area but i think you need to put a wall and door or you can use earplugs if it gets too noisy.
I wanna know if Jessica nunna is a minimalist like me 😄 . Good taste and aesthetic appreciation. Wooden, white walls and some green plant are really pretty combos. I wanna live with such kind of home also.

"Hey guys
it's Jessica here"
The iconic intro 💕💙💕🥰
for sure 👍
The wood finishes in this minimalistic grey/white/neutral space is an aesthetic I truly vibe with.
OMG! i really missed Korea so much 😢
i tried 4 airbnb accommodations during my 8Days-9Nights vacation in Seoul last 2018
- 2 nights in a guesthouse in Myeongdong (very homey feels with guests of diff races)
- 2 nights in an apartment in Gangnam (feeling rich yayamanin gangnam style) 🤣
- 2 nights in a guesthouse in Itaewon (although natulog talaga ako sa sauna on the 1st night)
- 3 nights in a studio in Hoehyeondong (just minutes walk to Namsan Tower)
I intentionally planned to have different accommodations so that I can compare, at the same time have an idea of a Korean home...plus it's really cheap that way (airbnb hacks) 👌
All the houses/apartments were really nice and cozy 😍 Amazeballs 🤞🤞

I really like your house. its nice, clean, cozy, very minimalistic and I really like how you decorated it.
I really admire u ate, the way u talk, move, think etc., is so matured, I mean Sana all🙂
Such an interesting vlog!! Can't believe koreans love filipino food as much as filipinos love korean food😍😍😍😍
Wow your are fluent to speak english that's one most I observe aside your house is beautiful 🥰🎉💐
From all the foods that Jessy have, the pancit canton is the memorable one. I think pancit canton is very rare in Korea. So if you happen to buy pancit canton in every city in Korea, then you're a luck one.
Maybe you can try and use some thicker fabric for curtains to diffuse street noises 😊 warm and cozy home you got there Jessica!
Really love the design of the house, very aesthetic. Gusto ko din!! 😭❤
I hope to live in a house like this one day. I like this type of house, small and simple. If I come to Korea, I will rent such a house.💜🌻
yehey, so happy for you ate Jessica to be able to live in your new condo.
Can I ask what song is used in the intro. I really can't find it. 09:00 - 21:00
as someone who has lived in a loft type apartment, i do agree that loft stairs do really tend to be narrow or small that it's scary 😭 but i got used to it in the end and now i miss it :(
I’m so happy for you grabe your room is so aesthetically pleasing ❤️🥺sana all
Woah..the kind of house that I've been dreaming of..😍
Congrats on your new home Jessica ♥️👏
Your house is so cozy Jessica, really fits you 😊😊😊
you can buy an led grow light if you're worried about your apple mint not growing well.
or maybe you can find something like an aerogarden (small hydroponic set up for the home) for growing herbs and stuff.
Wow it's not expensive considering it's in Seoul. And it's new and fully furnished. You got a lucky good deal. The only thing I find hazardous is the loaf since it fails to meet the height safety requirements. I guess 6 footers will eventually crawl, kinda weird.
8:04 | ohwww.. the mahiwagang Mirror. palagi ko nakikita si jess sa ig na nag seselfie jan. and the golden stand lamp..
😊
Hii te Jess!!a always tunning in for your new vlogs while on online class because i always look forward to it everyday😍😍lovelots from Cebu Philippines 🇵🇭😍❤️
First time watching your vlog. Nagulat ako sa “taray pang Home Buddies” haha omgg so i learned that you have a Filipino heart. I have yet to watch your other vlogs. I’ll check it out 🥰
This is giving me Yu Na-bi's apartment in Nevertheless vibes... and I LOVED that apartment. Would definitely love to visit Korea someday
Maybe you can install a thick curtain and window insulation so that you wouldn't hear so much noise from the outside... 😚
I love your house Jessica, this inspires me to have my own space maybe after this pandemic I'll move out and decorate my own home. Always take care 💗
sana magsama ulit kayo sa vlog ni sylvia😊💕💕
After your YT live..i right away watch this video of yours..
keep safe always and healthy physically and mentally Jessica..❤️😇
First korean youtuber I finally found, who speaks English and i love it ❤❤
