The song title in Romaji (Japanese written in Roman characters) is "Metali." It means basically the same thing that we mean in English when we say, "Dance like nobody is looking!" Tom Morello, who plays the guitar solo, is the lead guitarist for Rage Against the Machine, Audioslave and Prophets of Rage.
The best thing about BabyMetal is even if you can't understand the lyrics you're still guaranteed to have a fun time! Would love to see your reaction to Ratatata. Also, it's a weird Western thing that a lot of folks dismiss songs in languages they don't understand. I've been listening to bands like BM and Rammstein for so long that it doesn't even occur to me any more. It's most important to just "feel" the music imho. :)

BABYMETAL has an extensive history (and lore) which I won’t get into but a quick synopsis: they’ve been around since 2010, and started when their lead singer - known as Su-metal (Suzuka Nakamoto) - was about twelve, and the two "cheerleaders" (officially "scream and dance" (backing vocals)) - Moametal (Moa Kikuchi) and Yuimetal (Yui Mizuno) - were both around eleven. Unfortunately, Yui left the group in 2018 because of health concerns, and early in 2023 Momoko Okazaki (Momometal) was named a member of the group. They do not play instruments but are backed by the Kami Band - session musicians who are among the best that Japan (and the U.S.) has to offer.
BABYMETAL started a brand new genre of music ("kawaii metal" - cute metal), and they cannot be pigeon-holed - they are almost always thinking and moving outside box; they made listening to metal FUN! They have, to date, four studio albums with over fifty songs, and have been on a number of world tours. It is common knowledge among their devoted fans (known as "The One") that BABYMETAL is best served live, but they do have several music videos that are real works of art. I suggest you go back to the beginning, and react to their first two music videos, "Doki Doki Morning" and "Iine!" (pronounced "E-nay"), both released in 2012. You’ll notice those are the first two on this list of recommended songs (along with suggested versions). The first sixteen are from what I've come to call "The Golden Age of BABYMETAL" or simply "The Yui Era". This list also includes all four songs of the BABYMETAL sub-group Black BABYMETAL (just Yui and Moa while Su is chilling):

Both concerts are, in a word, incredible.
Regarding lyrics: none of BABYMETAL's official videos have captions or subtitles. There are some Tubers who have put English translations on many of their live videos. The best suggestion I can make is look up the lyrics prior to doing the reaction video . . . if that something that's important to you.

You're arriving to one of the new songs (the first song) they released outside of their latest concept album from 2023 called The Other One with this new reborn BabyMetal and also first time the new official member, MomoMetal, is included in an official MV. Not only that, it features guitar legend Tom Morello, which btw they met each other recently at Download Festival.

The song title is Metali!! (combining the words "metal + matsuri", matsuri means festival) and you can hear it in the spoken section when one of them (MomoMetal) is doing the Kabuki moves style. No wonder is her favorite song to play live lol🍑❤
Just so you know "wasshoi" is another shout used in Japanese festival when men are carrying the shrine, similar to sore and soya you can hear in Megitsune and Karate. Also the traditional Japanese instrument called shamizen you listen in the beginning, is also playing in Megitsune, another banger and classic BM song you need to watch if you didn't.
You can also enjoy the official live version they did last year at NEX_FEST in Japan.
Next suggestion:

"Wasshoi Wasshoi Wasshoi Wasshoi!" Great reaction again - and yes this one is great fun. Don't worry about the language - I don't speak a word of Japanese but they're my favourite band of all time (and I've been enjoying some truly great bands for several decades).
The song title doesn't really translate easily - it is 'Metali' or 'Metari' and it is a made up word fusing Metal and Matsuri (festival).
It is another of their fun songs with all the shouts (like wasshoi, dokkoisho, sore etc) that would be called out at Japanese summer festivals encouraging people carrying heavy floats and so on.
This is a great live song - and they get the whole crowd jumping and having a good time every time.
The song is about a Metal village holding a Metal summer festival.
There is something in the lyrics and in Momometal's Kabuki Theatre part about we are all fools - the fools who dance and the fools who watch - and as we're all here and we're all fools we may as well all dance.

Don't worry too much about not understanding the lyrics. One of Babymetal's goals is to transcend language and borders with their music and choreography, so you can enjoy their music regardless. With that said, some of their more somber songs does have very deep meaning, so lyrics does help too.

I would say it like this: art doesn't know about language barriers. This is art! 😁
Song's name is "Metali" (metari) which is the combination of "metaru" (metal) and "matsuri" (traditional Japanese festival). So it's a "matsuri" influenced song and it's all about hyping the crowd and inviting them to dance and sing along. The MV has a ton of cultural references (also references a previous song and MV: "Megitsune"), and it's amazing.
Musically, it's very groovy and funky. I love Su's clean yet aggressive vocals here. Really cool collaboration with Tom Morello who commented this: "I am a big fan of BABYMETAL, a band that is both power rocking and constantly surprising with dizzying musical twists and turns. I've been trying to work with them for some time and when they sent me the demo of 'Metali!!' I knew I could rock that shit like crazy!".
I'm very happy for Momoko on her first song as an official member (this is from 2023 H2) and also for her feature on that kabuki (traditional Japanese theater) style interlude.

I like your enthusiasm & openmindedness, so here's my translated lyrics. The song uses a lot of Japanese colloqualisms & cultural vocabulary, so there are no definite English equivalents. BM uses chants like 'so-re', 'dokkoisho', 'wasshoi' in several of their tunes. Cheers.
