My first weedeater was a refurbished homelite from Hechinger many moons ago. I loved it. Inexpensive and super reliable. I just saw a new 26cc for 69.99 while I can afford the higher end trimmers, I'm going back to my nostalgic homelite. Nice review.

I've had 2 of these trimmers,,,,& you can one 30 minutes,,,,,,shut it off &10minutes later it is hell to get started back,,,,,even though evrn if you go back through the starting directions that comes with it.

This weed whacker is good for something like your grandmas yard type lawn, it’s not good for commercial use

For starting out its a great trimmer and once you get money built up you can get higher name trimmers

Homelights suck I had a homelight a long time ago and it was the worst trimmer I have ever had. Echo and sthil are the best equipment ever hands down. I will always buy echo and sthil.

Well for a first buy its a good product when you get money to buy the name brand stuff go ahead but Homelite is great for starting out

Echo and husqvarna are the best in my opinion. I don’t like stihl trimmer they suck lol good chainsaws tho
