Did all the steps, including individual character purchase as you showed, and it says purchased, no download option. And the character pass one downloads a theme.

You have to buy the game from the same store to fix it Leo.
I now got it , it has to install steam software into computer and you sigm up steam acount and your credit card to transfer amount of steam money to purchase the game and game's lc once it is done athen install the game so you will have game and dlc content.
I bought the black panther one and the venom one for 16 US$ even if I’m not living in the USA... I opened the game then black panthe and venom one was still disabled.
Is it because I bought it from play station store directly but not opened from the game?
Please help because I do not want to waste my money :(
A recent PlayStation update has happened, and I know some people just leave their Playstations on all day. You may want to do a fresh reboot.
Buying the characters from the store is exactly how it SHOULD work. Go through the steps again, after turning it off and on again, and see if that works, if not, it'll be time to give your local Playstation support number a call.

I'm unsure on why it's not working, I would send a support ticket to Capcom.
I recently got the game since I just got a ps4 and I bought the character pass and have been having issues. I went to them individually and it says purchased and in my library on the ps4 it says they are installed yet in the actual character select they are visible but transparent and can not be selected. I saw in the comments here someone had a similar issue and that rebooting was recommended and I have tried that so many times yet it is the same. Nothing has worked. I even deleted the game and re downloaded yet it's all still the same. Help?
Purchased and downloaded? You went to the PSN store, and went to Add-Ons, then to Add-Ons by game, then to the game, then to the add-ons on the right-hand side, then clicked and downloaded from there? If that doesn't work, then you should drop an email to Capcom.
This was extremely helpful ☝🏾. So pretty much you have to go back to the screen where you purchased the characters pass and click on each character that came in the package and “download them individually” “one by one” until you’ve downloaded them all.
Then for added precaution; go to “account management on the main “PlayStation/XBox screen” and restoring the licensing content. Turn your console off then restart it and there you have it.
Sooo frustrating. I only play sports games and my son is into this game but venom just isn’t popping up! 🤬I’ve watched this video too many times and still can’t figure it out

My psn account is from chile...i have the deluxe edition and i did everything you did but still the 3 characters cant be chosen...they appear like transparent...
Try rebooting until it works, it's available for everyone with Deluxe as far as I know!

I purchase the bundle pack when I got the game two days ago but some of the characters are grayed out.
Did you get it from the same country store as the game?
I bought both the Character pass and Costume pass for the PS4 today, but every time I press download, I only get a them for my wallpaper. I tried also downloading the characters one by one by they’re still faded out in red. I tried closing the application and reopening, turning it off and on and nothing. What am I doing wrong?
THAT, is WEIRD. You may want to look for an email to drop them a line. You're not doing anything wrong, that's for sure.
You have to go in and click on each character, it will say "Free" click on the character and download them. Afterwards all the characters will download.
Just bought black widow and don’t see a download option and can’t get her to appear in the game any ideas?
Reboot the console. Turn it off and back on again. Sometimes that shakes it loose.

Bought the Deluxe version FOR you, are are you game sharing? Any information is good information.
If you're game sharing on the PS4, you'll need to log in under their account on your machine, start downloading them as the steps show, then switch to your account.

Sounds like you may need to update the game. If that doesn't work, send a help ticket through to Capcom.

No, unfortunately. You can unlock color variations and stages and fighter card backgrounds and titles. That's mainly through arcade mode.

Unfortunately, that may clash. Two different licensing zones. You'll know if you can't buy it.

Yeah, this is how to unlock them. Watch the full video. If you haven't already done it, reboot the PS4.
@@SolitaireNZ I'll try it. But I think I know what the deal is. I bought the hard copy deluxe edition but when entered. My PS is saying it's the standard edition. I can see the dlc characters in my character select screen. Just can't pick them.
@@Factorade oh, was it a foreign to your country hard copy? Otherwise, I can't see why it wouldn't be available in the PlayStation store.

Still didn't work. On ps4. A little help? It doesn't even show my add ons as purchased and I got the deluxe!
Full power off and on didn't work? Send in a ticket, cos that ain't right.
Did you get it figured out? Cuz I also bought the deluxe edition on PS4 during the most recent holiday sale. Sigma, Black Panther, etc. show up in the character selection, but they are darkened and can't be chosen.
I will check with Capcom and see if this is a regular problem right now.

@@SolitaireNZ Yes, I did. The way PlayStation store looks/the selections has changed since you uploaded. But, I was able to find my way to the game page where I should be able to download the individual content.
I was able to download the X and Zero costumes that I purchased separately, but not able to download the additional characters that's supposed to come with the deluxe edition.
What about for pc dlc ?? I play on pc i want these dlc how i will get it?? Plz anyone help
Have you got the full version? You should be able to download via steam.

Yes. There is a Fighter pack that you have to buy, OR, you could buy them separately. It will be in YOUR local currency, in the shop just like I said in the video!

Yes. IMO They're better than most of the standard characters. Watch some gameplay videos first though. Just so you can see how they play. I have a livestream video of all three.
I have this Game I have some in Game costumes unlocked the only DLC skin I have Downloaded so far is the superior Spider-Man skin
Nice. Easy enough to grind the colour variations of suits in-game.
@@SolitaireNZ yeah just Do arcade as your favorite characters until you Get to the first boss fight then Go to main menu and it will Give you a new costume it’s pretty easy all things considered

You should be able to access the store though. Just make sure it's the same region of the disc.

Why bother? These DLC's are a scam and a ripoff. Plus infinite is dead.
Some people like the game still, even for all of it's dated graphics, it still plays okay. I, however, haven't really touched it in a while--so I see your point, lol.
