    We're are watching. And we like what we see. For real, I tried to start with a "Beginner" project that was way outside my current skill set. This is what I'm looking for right now. And these will be good projects for scrap leather that will be with me for a long time. I already see ways to improve them as my skill set builds.

      @dane3038 Thank you very much, my friend. I tried to find really simple projects that wouldn't take a lot of time to take and overwhealm people. These projects also teach the fundamentals of certain tools or precesses which are used in bigger projects.

      @waynestockwell4010 I double checked the part of the video you were talking about. I didn't see where I was cutting something, please let me know if it's another section of this video or maybe a different video. I would like to see where it could help me.

      @Power Surge thank you. You are 100% correct. I am by no means an expert in leather craft, or any of the fields I demonstrate.
      I want people to get excited about leather craft, wood working, gardening, and other hobbies. My goal is to get you off your couch and into your workshop, even if it's just a small toolbox and a table in the corner of your living room.

    Hi, quick question, if I wanted to do these in felt instead of leather, what do you think? I'm pretty sure it would work, if I got a pretty stiff felt, but I'd like to know your thoughts.

    • @bigstacksshop
      @bigstacksshop  Год назад

      +Helgatwb I don't see any reason why you couldn't. In fact, now that you brought it up, I really want you to try it. Maybe try with thicker felt, if you can find it.
      Bonus points if you shoot a video about it. I'll subscribe to your channel and let me know if you make that video, just in case I miss is release!

      If you choose to do this, I would recommend using a stabilizer and fold edges over to stitch them to add more strength. This could be pretty cool though, I also think you should try it.

      @american21stcentury49 You can buy them on Amazon, just make sure the come with setting tools. If they don't, be sure to pick up the proper song tools as well. Thank you for your question.

    Wait a second, you're a leatherworker but your wrist watch has a TPU strap?

      @SianaGearz 🤣🤣🤣 It same band which came with the watch. Besides, the mechanic's car always has problems.

      @SianaGearz 5 месяцев назад

      @@bigstacksshop Perhaps it's because a mechanic has a keen eye for car problems while other people don't notice that their car leaves behind a trail of oil everywhere it goes? "It's alright, i just have to top up half a litre every few days, i wonder where it all goes". "Minor rattles" oh that's your catalytic converter scraping on the asphalt, it already wore a hole in there.

    • @bigstacksshop
      @bigstacksshop  5 месяцев назад +1

      @@SianaGearz partially. It's also because after working on everyone else's car, they don't feel like turning another wrench when they get home.
