    Hey great video. My question is..when you turned the bowl around to mount the "bottom" on the spindle- how did it attach to the lathe? There doesnt seem to be a thred hole anymore

    Very nice bowl! But I'm wondering about the Jet. It seems to be very noisy to me. Anyhow a nice vid

      David DeJong the Jet was a shit lathe. The belt went out on me twice in the 5 months I owned the thing. I returned it and bought the nova galaxi and it’s been amazing. The noise ur hearing is the belt falling apart.

    What type of glue do you use? My bowls come apart on and off the lathe. I use elmers wood glue.

    You didnt do 'shear' cute on the bottom you did scraping cuts. Instructional videos help if you use proper terminology
