  • Urdhva Paschimottanasana is a challenging posture from the Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series. It requires a lot of flexibility in the hamstrings, balance and stability in the pelvis, not to mention a good sense of humour!
    In this video I'm talking you through the Vinyasa count for the posture and showing you all the best tips and tricks to make it easier and more accessible.
