@@y-albinali9617 the solution I found is strange and most likely won't work for you but you can try it. I have TMobile home internet so if you happen to have it also maybe it will work. But what I do is disconnect from the internet completely then shut down the ps5 then unplug my router for a few mins and plug it back in then once it's fully powered and running I turn the ps5 back on and connect the internet but DONT test the connection through the ps5. I just get it connected and leave it alone and I'm able to play online or join chat parties etc but every single time I click test connection it says nat 3 and nothing online works. Even if I was playing online and chatting for an hour just fine before I click test connection it immediately goes to nat 3 and won't allow any online use. So my trick is basically don't test the connection so the ps5 doesn't realize it's nat 3 I guess? Lol I dunno how it works but it does. Let me know if it works for you
These companies need to hurry up and commit to ipv6 The reason we dont have static as consumers is because ipv4 addresses are shared between people now. Literally running out of addresses.
the most annoying part of the nat type part is that you can't use the remote player feature on the ps5

had nat type 2 on ps4 for years, just got ps5 and now nat type 3. half the tutorials say look up a tutorial 😭 in us too
