Stunningly gorgeous, sensuous performance by Alice. Ravel never sounded more wondrous! And Maazel? His orchestral "vision" of this piece, his fabulous insight, and his remarkable "eccentricities," all, just thrilling. This, I think, is the most emotionally infused rendition I have ever heard--- and the most involving.
