My truck, which I have a loan on and is a year since I purchased - needs a 8000 dollar engine. I have a few hundred dollars. I have tons of bills. Because of faith in God and stoicism - I have total presence of mind and I am not mad angry upset or whiny. I will overcome
1 thing i realized and it took me years to learn is that all the hard times that tried to break me and all the times i yelled at god for help and thought i was alone, He was always there, as the devil broke me down, God was building me back to be unbreakable. Your worst challenges are gonna be your greatest blessings you just cant see it yet.
the idea of focusing on one task at a time really resonated with me and has already start making a difference in how i approach my daily responsibilities
I just prepare myself emotionally & mentally, keeping an open mind. I do self talk, so that I can take & cope with whatever the consequences. Learn from mistakes & just keep moving forward. Every failure makes me a stronger person.
Difficulties strengthen the mind, as labor does the body.” - Seneca's wisdom truly resonates with me. This video beautifully encapsulates the essence of mental toughness and resilience. It’s a reminder that every challenge we face is an opportunity to grow and become stronger. Thanks for sharing these timeless lessons
It has long since come to my attention that people of accomplishment rarely sat back and let things happen to them. They went out and happened to things. -Leonardo Da Vinci
The stoic teachings are helping me find a more centered place to be within myself that allows me to step from a more mindful place when dealing with repetitive or difficult situations
Great vid! I am so glad that I started down this path and only wish I'd known about this decades ago! They really need to include this as mandatory learning, not just reading, and it should start in high school, maybe even middle school! I certainly think we would be producing a better and more emotionally developed younger generation! Anyway, thanks for the awesome video!
Totally agree, but how then to answer this classic job interview question and still get hired: “tell me about your ability to multitask”… its rare that any employer would rate very highly if a candidate would give an honest answer to this question.
Mastering Mental Toughness, with Peace: 1- Focus on One Activity at a time, “don’t be distracted by other projects “. 2- Control your Impulses, “moderation & thoughtfulness”. 3- Be Prepared, “mental preparation for life’s challenges”. Don’t Panic. 4- Voluntary Training for hardships, “ Training mental agility for hard times “. 5- Avoid Self Victimization, “we are the architects of our own success”. 6- Spend time in your own solitude, “finding your own strength & peace”. 7- Let’s start by being better than yesterday
I saw your post in upwork. I can definitely help you grow your audience. The books I've read that is related to your channel would be meditations by marcus Aurelius, Obstacle is the way, the subtle art of not giving a fuck, can't hurt me, etc. here's my 30-60 words hook: "We often think that calculating every single option will gain us control.
But in the end, the future is still out of control. Which is same for the past, as we can’t control it either.
The only thing we have control over is our actions in the present moment, which creates a new past and influence the future." I help individuals improve their personal brand and boost their sales through copywriting. But I also post youtube contents about self improvement.
In my opinion I think this is a good thing, by hearing a phrase just once you will not remember it for sure, by hearing the same phrase multiple times, it is more likely to stick around.
Sorry but you say do not do two things at the same time, yet you play music/tones while I am trying to get your message....this makes my heart palpitate and stress. I have to turn you off... so much for learning anything.

Amen to that
Perseverance and resilience are the key
Seneca's advice on solitude is so relevant today. Taking time for myself has made a huge difference in my mental health
"When you arise in the morning, think of what a precious privilege it is to be alive - to breathe, to think, to enjoy, to love."
True indeed, upon rising to see a new day one must give THANKS for LIFE
. . and that the LORD is now incarnating IN YOU !

Or just how easy it is to breathe.
Stoicism is really helping me be a less anxious, more compassionate person. highly recommend.

Divide it in six parts by titles. It would be easier
But when is isolation, too much isolation if I withdraw and like it too much how would I return.

I like your videos, but you repeat yourself a lot. You repeated several phrases in this video alone
In my opinion I think this is a good thing, by hearing a phrase just once you will not remember it for sure, by hearing the same phrase multiple times, it is more likely to stick around.
@@Casamini_ just to be clear, this is your opinion and not someone else's? Thank you for clarifying.
I stopped listening to this video because the intro is very manipulative
What do you think changing your mindset is.. Your manipulating yourself to change.
I don’t think the video is manipulative. You should try and listen to it. It is instructive, unlike the intro.

Funny. I didn’t notice the music.
