- Noong bata pa ako, isa ang crema de fruta sa mga hinahanap-hanap kong dessert tuwing pasko. Kaya naman naging hobby ko na tong gawin every Christmas. Kaya today, I’m sharing my own recipe of crema de fruta. Promise, super Simpol niya lang gawin ❤️
Ingredients:
Set A:
1 cup cake flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
Set B:
¼ cup Golden Fiesta Canola Oil
¾ cup granulated sugar
4 whole eggs
¼ cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Topping:
Set A:
2 cups whipping cream
½ cup granulated sugar
Set B:
3 tablespoons unflavored gelatine
½ cup hot water
1 can fruit cocktail (500 grams)
1/4 cup granulated sugar

Chef Tatung's manner of teaching how to cook is indeed simple (simpol). Easy to follow, prepare, cook yet the result really delicious. Am getting his cookbooks.

Nice recipe! Question po, sabi nio po sa video ay 1 and 1/2 cup cake flour pero sa description ay 1 cup lang. Alin po yung tama?
Thanks for highlighting this, napansin ko din. I tried it today Chef using 1 1/3 cup at hindi soft ang sponge cake ang result.

Mas masarap if chiffon po yan, mas soft and fluffy...Sponge cake kasi dry...And mas accurate po if naka grams ang mga ingreadients. Mas masarap if custard po instead of whipping cream lang...
Can I ask a question? Sabi nio po sa video is 1 and 1/2 cup of flour but in the description is 1 cup of flour. Thanks po.

Why waste a perfectly good crust? It doesn't matter how it looks, they all come out the same way a couple of days later. LOL! It's not laminate...it's glazed! It's not an ID card. :-)
