Gelatine is Animal derived protien while gulaman is plant derived carbohydrate made from seaweed. Thats the difference. Gelatine dissolves in hot water but gulaman needs boiling water . And u cannot remelt gulaman unlike gelatin which melts again when heated
Very simpol lang pala gawin ang Cathedral Window Desert, looks yummy, makagawa nga. Basta Simpol, andaling lang sabayan.
Iba lasa nung cathedral window pag fresh milk ginamit. Much better if all purpose cream.
I used to make this many times when i was younger. I used Knox clear gelatin and Royal colored gelatin.
