I see there are boats in the water ... have you ever had problems with boats running over your lines? I'm keen to get into drone fishing but will likely be able to fish the east coast around Orewa ... are you able to drone fish when the spots get busy?
Yes it can be a problem near boat ramps etc. where boats come in close and run across your line. If you keep your line tight and point the rod tip down into the sand you can usually escape disaster. It is best to avoid high traffic areas especially on weekends when it is busiest.
@@paulsfishingsystems Thanks for the info, very much appreciated! Just another silly question ... I'm trying to get my head around Auckland Council's rules. Their website says Hatfield's beach is an off-lease dog walking area at all times during winter, does that mean we technically can't fly there during winter?
Hi there just wondering if you can tell me the fishing reel that you are using I see it can obviously hold 400+ meters of line also is it braid or nylon if so what lb cheers
The white drone is the AEE Condor A20, which has a newer model: the A22, which has a push-button-type release clip but still has the tension failsafe, and the A22S, which also includes an autonomous function. This allows you to point the drone in the direction you want, preset the distance with a switch on the remote, and the drone will fly to that point, drop the baits, return and land all with the push of one button. The other drone is the Xiro Xplorer V, which is no longer available.
@@paulsfishingsystems grazie per avermi risposto.....quindi se ho capito bene usa un filo intrecciato da 50 libbre e la distanza tra un amo e l'altro di quanto é ? E che misura di ami usa ? Grazie

how long does it take on average to haul in 400m of line with a snapper attached?
It depends on the size of the snapper and the gear you are using. Anywhere from 5-20 minutes
Hi I am wondring if I have to get a permision for flying drone before drone fishing at beach.
Depends on when and where you are flying. Download AirShare app for locations that are restricted, and don’t fly at night
Bonito video 😉
what reel is that?
Salve che ami e che tipo di filo e innesti usa per pescare ? Io sono alle prime armi con la pesca e pesca con il drone..... grazie
We use 50lb spectra braid and set six hooks per cast.
