Love the elevation, mostly flat front yard and viewing the ocean (my fave). The rooms are big and you can tell it's an older home (in a good way). It's a little quirky but no show stoppers. Thanks for the video; these tours never disappoint.

Yes on the pool/spa. You could almost get away with a lazy river. A Water fall, slide feature off that little hill side? Hmm. Out door Kitchen. I could trick out the front a bit with Lava Rock on the walls. Maybe some Hawaiian Art? Does it have Solar PV?
I would rework the fridge alcove to accomodate a much bigger, high end unit (ex. Sub Zero). A home in this price bracket calls for this IMO however overall a nice kitchen. Like the interesting Italian induction range. It's fairly clear this was an older home that has been updated as parts of it are quite disjointed (ex. the extra garage entrance off...a bedroom?, the 3/4 shower on a staircase landing?, and a rather small master bath with no separate closed off toilet area). Beautiful property but all that space out back could use a pool complex and there would still be room leftover.
Love the beach wood in the bathrooms, for those that like modern this is great… I have seen black paint on the outside, but it is usually in areas with very cold climates…since black absorbs heat…I will spare you all My too long list of plus and minus that would suit my personal quirky eclectic tastes…non the less great vid as always, the outside and the views are amazing🎆 it’s good to have variety…lots of greetings and blessings to you all from the Caribbean 🌞🌴🐬🌺🐳😇🛸🍹😽 LV M
I dont so much mind how the black paint looks, but I imagine it does attract quite a bit of heat compared to lighter colors. Pool and solar would be good.
