That would be an add. Is there access to the retaining wall under the pool area? How much land to the side there? I would add fruit trees etc. Price?
Solar is a good add on. Nice idea with the pass through! There is access to the side to get to the pump room and to the retaining wall areas, but that's best left to the landscapers. It could hold a couple trees but not much more.

This house is perfect beautifully done and it’s not too big not too small I agree w you on that primary bathroom totally went all out on this one I think all homes in Hawaii should have an indoor/outdoor shower would there be another home built on that empty lot next to bbq area awesome home nonetheless

All the stone is the same throughout the house. It would be a better design to make each bedroom more individualized so it does not look so generic. I like the house but would put up a real rock fence (except the pool) to keep the dogs in and not look at that drop off. dont like the window of the shower above the main bed at all. can you close off the bathroom/shower? last thing I need is someone or drone looking over the low stone wall. Bathrooms should be privet. Would do something with that front driveway bedroom that your neighbors can see into(shouldn’t have to have curtains closed all the time) would also combine both bed rooms. if you can see them/houses, they Can see you. my sister can have the main suit and I will take the jr suit(without windows).
I WISH it was only cold for the next 4 months here! Sadly, we won't be able to hang out outside until May. That's what I love about Hawaii!

I give this house a 9.5 out of 10. It's nearly perfect.
