Hawaii's version of the Biltmore estate!lol! If you have a large family, and don't want to be bothered by them all the time! Pretty unique layout, thanks for sharing this with us! :)
WOW. Lots of space indeed. Solar PV & Hot water? Spa tub? Make it into a smart home. That is all I can think off. Maybe some maps to find my way around
What a weird layout! No designated dining area per se, the "Party Suite" above the garage is kind of set up for large gatherings, the tiny enclosed courtyard off the kitchen (which you failed to show), the general lack of a central gathering place is disconcerting to me. I do like the landscaping and privacy it evokes. A solar system with battery storage could be added with little issue but the number of stairs in the hale strikes it off my list (My wife & I both have some mobility limitations.). Nice showing overall, Mike!
I feel like the design of this home will drastically reduce the potential buyer pool. Love the grounds though with all of the foliage and food bearing plants.
@@Xynk. Even though it looks like there is a second kitchen it's not technically a kitchen because there's no cooking surface. Because there is no cooking surface there is no second kitchen therefore it is still a legal single family dwelling. If there was a cooking surface that would mean there was a second kitchen which is illegal for a single family dwelling.
It’s called a Monster House. Usually seen on Oahu. Not cool. Do some research on Hawaii news now and others. It’s a way to have a “Hotel” or “ Apartment complex” in a residential neighborhood, hence the no cook surface …“It’s Legal”

Welcome!
Wow, such a big, unique home! Always interesting and fun to see all the diverse listings you show us😊
Very Nice!
I'm always blown away by your handsomeness and your great listings. thanks again!
So nice of you!
Nice finishings, but you're right... The layout is so odd. It's like whoever designed the layout forgot to take their meds that day. lol

The price is great for the size, features and location
Nice home but there’s no flow to it. But really the price vs what you get I think it’s reasonable. Hello Mike, Toney from New Mexico.
Interesting, how many bed and bathrooms ?
4 bedrooms 4.5 baths
My first thought is "a big family from New Jersey, needing separate space to cut down the squabbling". Multi-generational, as you say.
👍😎

I also am developing those issues. Maybe find a way to but an elevator in?
Seems like it was more of a spa retreat than a home. Pretty property though

Did i miss the laundry room
Laundry is in the expansive garage :)
9:12 what are you referring to that's legal?

If bitcoin gets to atleast 200k each, this house is mine lol

@donjohnson1830 I don't say this often, but you are completely wrong. This is nothing like a monster house, and it's completely legal under our code.
Very confusing layout but still a nice house
My first thought was to have some fun with that by placing street signs and arrows around the layout
Thanks!
lol!
