Good to see you can buy these now. My 36 year old MTZ80 ( Belarus) tractor has a centrifugal oil filter , the oil is always cleaner than either my Izusu truck or our Mitsubishi Pajero. The tractor has never had the head or sump removed and it still runs great and doesn't use any engine oil
Tony Gifford I have an Mtz 820 for 13 years now an it has 14 460 hours, and it came with that filter.Even that the engine is ready for a rebuild the oil still comes out clean
Don’t listen to him. The silence was unfortunately a lil awkward but it way better than listening to shit while you trying to think. Even as that music would be my go to as well But not everyone likes paradise shitty.
Most people should realize that this filtration system is not “in line”, by t “parallel. Engines with this system employ double or two sections of oil pumps - one feeds the engines lubrication system, the other feeds this “parallel” or “kidney loop” filtration circuit. Some engines use both centrifugal and replaceable elements filters, replaceable elements filters used “in line” with engine lubrication circuit.
I just finished building my centrifuge and I’m feeding it 80psi of pressure to it and it’s barely spinning. I’m thinking the little holes on the nozzles are pretty small I’m thinking of drilling a little bigger holes.
On the outside of the spinning bowl, no drain on this unit. Comes out when you empty the bowl of the waste. Some direct drive units have drains for when it is shut off others automatically open at certain time while spinning
circusboy90210 i have it on my tractor and it works like a charm. The benefits of this filter is that it really cleans the oil and it does not clog and restrict oil flow thus reducing oil pressure and fucking your engine up.Even if you forget to clean it it will keep depositing dirt on the wall of the filter and nothing will happen. If you forget to replace the regular paper type filter it will clog and starve your engine out of oil. This is the benefit of the centrifugal oil filters
People don't even want to own their cars past 5 years, the OEMS want to sell you another one, it's added cost on the OEM for less than zero return, and most people do not run their motor oil near long enough to really benefit from them. Diesels often get these because of soot load agglomeration and due to the cost of the engine vs. a gasoline engine. When it's your money maker, it matters more. If you're flushing your oil out every 6K miles or so, you're not going to see much benefit. These really benefit people doing extended oil changes on diesel engines, that are sending oil samples off for analysis every 5K miles or so.

price is only $300 , so that is not an excuse. they operate for hundreds of thousands of miles. so again why not??? planned obsolescence is the only thing I can figure. so that people have to purchase new engines on a regular basis.

Is it posible for Diesel purifier ?
This video reminds me of my days working on the Swedish build Scania diesel trucks , that's what they have a centrifugal oil filter .
i want to buy this machine

putting paper inside can maximize it filtration, agree with that?
It makes it easier to clean, cleaning power is based on speed.
Does anyone know the approx speed they can spin at?
8k
Thanks alot..u earned a sub. 👍
Thank you thank you thank you for many years thankful it really works
If you post videos perhaps you could do some spell checking?
Surely. We will make sure of that from onwards.
Where does the water go?

what are the real benefits of this? why do standard cars not have this?

why is it upside down? with the oil coming out at the bottom it drains the sudd everytime it stops spinning lol.

Ed Nobre I'm thinking about putting one of these on my dmax.

muy bueno
hollow tubes with unfiltered oil? ok yeah that's going to clog.
Believe me it kept Russian engines going for decades, zetor and ursus tractors used these it's a great system
