Awesome video! So many fantastic images. Always makes me miss Asia, my best/favourite images are always from there and I by far have the most fun shooting. Happy to live vicariously through you for now! lol
Thanks! There was a minute where I’d gotten pretty jaded about shooting here, but lately it has really been hitting how fortunate I am. I’m trying to make this kind of video a regular thing, so more vicarious living is coming your way 🤘
Nice pictures! Bangkok’s China Town is where I usually go for photos. As a local I like to see my neighbourhood through a tourist’s eyes-it makes me notice those little things, like the mudflaps in the video 😮. Hope you had a great time in Thailand.
Thanks! I have lived in Bangkok for 5+ years and usually avoid Chinatown, because it has such touristic connections. Where else do you typically shoot?
I like to shoot around the old town (we call it Rattanakosin Island). The neighbourhood around Asiatique also has some nice old buildings, and the lighting in the evening makes the street look gold and shiny 😄
I hardly edit color (in terms of HSL sliders or grading). Mostly underexpose 1 stop, shoot raw, add a small saturation bump, and completely drop the whites and highlights. @gottanikoncamera
I just discovered your channel. Amazing videos! You deserve more followers.
Thank you! Feel free to pass them along @maartenpaulisse4613

Appreciate the kind words 🙏
Can't beat the busy streets of BKK for interesting photo opportunities.
No doubt one of the best street cities on earth

Nice bunch of photographs!
Not to steal your vibe, but how do you get those colors?

@@developingtank Ah, I’d never thought of messing with the White slider. Nice look, almost like punchy slide film.
Thank you 🤘
Really nice pictures. You mightve shown it but I didn't see, what camera is this?
