Watching her with her cart cycling down the road was quite the experience. I really enjoyed that. There is no way I could do all that everyday. I am so lazy I actually hire a cleaner twice a month to clean my apartment. This woman is phenomenal! She has a real talent for efficiency and hard work. Don't give up!
We had the privilege of trying Puy's roti for the first time during our visit to Thailand in December. They were DELICIOUS!! Watching this video, it's evident she puts a lot of effort and love into what she does! We will definitely visit Puy again for her delicious roti when we're back in Bangkok!

This was such a fascinating video, couldn't stop watching. She does all these things so elegantly somehow, everything about the environment is in such contrast to the way she looks and carries herself.. that is a hard working woman! This was shot really well too.
No…the world needs to be less shittier so that 70% of us humans would need to work themselves to death just for bare minimum survival. And in the end this boils down to make very few of us braindead rich. If you redistribute the wealth of the richest 10% to the poorest 50% EVERYONE would live a much happier and less depressing life. We don’t need more people that work their lives away for nothing.

She's home at 1:00 am, has still to have a shower before she goes to bed, and will get up before 6:00 am to do all of this all over again! My profound respect and prayers that she can somehow prosper to the point at which she can get 8 hrs of sleep every night and a couple of weeks' vacation twice a year! How unjust is our world that hundreds of millions hard working people like this woman barely make ends meet and can never afford to take a deep, refreshing break from their labours.

I’m even more amazed watching her day before even starting work! Wow! How does she push the cart with one hand and drive the motorcycle? Hi Puy ...I have been to Bangkok ,I'm Indian and witness Thai Ladies are really hard working and the Street foods they prepared vey clean, hygienic , every plate of food items n snacks ,drinks wrapped tight with nice coverings and in the evening dawn ,all sreets are colourful with decorative lights. I find Bangkok one of the most beautiful place on earth and I enjoyed a lot of Thai cuisine,Thai cultural show etc . This videos is a great help and motivating women of other Countries how one's life is valued . 🙏🙏

These are really good videos. Not just for the food but how the shots are setup. There are always two people, her and whoever the camera person is. They set up their shots really good, from her getting up in the morning to her prepping and cooking and getting supplies and to closing up shop. Heck, they even did a ride shot so whoever’s filming is in a moped too. Even her going up and down the stairs. All of these are separate shots at different angles that have been edited together.

My family owned a restaurant and the amount of prepping is a lot of work. When the restaurant is closed, it doesn't stop there. We just had regular Canadian food, stil lots of cutting, dicing etc... So kudos to you, in you doing this all on your own. You can tell the passion that goes into your food that you sell.

The Thailand tourist board (or whatever name ?) should be sponsoring this lassie as she paints a fantastic picture of her country and has now definitely got me very interested in visiting !. The fact that she can just openly park her business (her cart) with little sign of security - AND - leave her crash-helmet on her scooter strongly suggests that her country has to be at the top of the 'Honest & Trustworthy Country' league !. Plus, her attention to hygiene is ultra impressive - but it's her work-ethic that is the most impressive !. Getting-up at 05:30 and not getting home to 1am+ ............. well, just - WOW !. It's nice that there is still a place where everyone works with the honor system and that everything that is not nailed down is safe. If this was the US, there would be 100 pounds of locks on everything from the spikes to the doors and I think the cover would be more stainless instead of a tarp. We had the privilege of trying Puy's roti for the first time during our visit to Thailand in December. They were DELICIOUS!! Watching this video, it's evident she puts a lot of effort and love into what she does! We will definitely visit Puy again for her delicious roti when we're back in Bangkok!

How unjust is our world that hundreds of millions hard working people like this woman barely make ends meet and can never afford to take a deep, refreshing break from their labours.

I’m even more amazed watching her day before even starting work! Wow! How does she push the cart with one hand and drive the motorcycle? It makes me cry seeing her pushing the cart with the moped with one foot on the cart! I want to buy her a quad bike and a way to tow the cart! Hi Puy ...I have been to Bangkok ,I'm Indian and witness Thai Ladies are really hard working and the Street foods they prepared vey clean, hygienic , every plate of food items n snacks ,drinks wrapped tight with nice coverings and in the evening dawn ,all sreets are colourful with decorative lights. I find Bangkok one of the most beautiful place on earth and I enjoyed a lot of Thai cuisine,Thai cultural show etc . This videos is a great help and motivating women of other Countries how one's life is valued . 🙏🙏

These are really good videos. Not just for the food but how the shots are setup. There are always two people, her and whoever the camera person is. They set up their shots really good, from her getting up in the morning to her prepping and cooking and getting supplies and to closing up shop. Heck, they even did a ride shot so whoever’s filming is in a moped too. Even her going up and down the stairs. All of these are separate shots at different angles that have been edited together.
Amazing video! Simply shot and edited, no overly romantic background music, no maudlin voice over - just the atmospheric sights and sounds of a day in the life of this incredible woman. Utterly compelling - it was a joy to watch. Thank you so much for posting. My family owned a restaurant and the amount of prepping is a lot of work. When the restaurant is closed, it doesn't stop there. We just had regular Canadian food, stil lots of cutting, dicing etc... So kudos to you, in you doing this all on your own. You can tell the passion that goes into your food that you sell.

The Thailand tourist board (or whatever name ?) should be sponsoring this lassie as she paints a fantastic picture of her country and has now definitely got me very interested in visiting !. The fact that she can just openly park her business (her cart) with little sign of security - AND - leave her crash-helmet on her scooter strongly suggests that her country has to be at the top of the 'Honest & Trustworthy Country' league !. Plus, her attention to hygiene is ultra impressive - but it's her work-ethic that is the most impressive !. Getting-up at 05:30 and not getting home to 1am+ ............. well, just - WOW !. But, beautiful girl, I just hope she DOESN'T do this 7 days a week, I hope she manages to make time for friends & family because she sure as hell deserves to enjoy life !. It's nice that there is still a place where everyone works with the honor system and that everything that is not nailed down is safe.
If this was the US, there would be 100 pounds of locks on everything from the spikes to the doors and I think the cover would be more stainless instead of a tarp.
