This version is very good, but I don't think anyone can equal the original by Hozier.
I think they should be considered separately. Completely different styles and completely different vibes.

The original was very anti-Christian. Especially anti-Catholic. Which is why he could make a song like that and not be censored. Christianity is the only religion people are allowed to hate out loud.
I don't like hate based on any religion beliefs. Everyone should freely be able to practice they're religious beliefs as long as those religious beliefs don't impede someone else's beliefs. This is coming from an agnostic.
