    What grease do you use and prefer? Whether new or used, I strongly recommend proper lubrication before getting them on the rails to ensure a long service life.

    This video very helpful ! Just purchased several used MTH PROTO 2 diesels. Never thought of checking gear box grease.

    Did you get those consolidated waste cars from the Tony Lash collection?

    • @TheLEMRR
      @TheLEMRR  9 дней назад

      @@williamkolina3988 I bought them some time back in an auction, William, but I don’t think they came directly from Tony’s actual collection. I did try to buy some when his collection went to auction but everything I liked brought a lot more than I could justify spending.

      I've never been to Hilltop Hobbies, but have been to Ormandy's in Medina before he moved the store to its new location. Maybe I should go and check out the new store. He's a decent fellow.

    What do you do to deaden the noise from fastrack ?

    • @TheLEMRR
      @TheLEMRR  9 дней назад

      @@darrenhenricks5472 Thanks Darren. No getting around how loud Fastrack can be. I rarely run the trains over 15 scale mph, and even then it’s a lot of racket. If I could start all over, I’d use Atlas or Gargraves.
