Thank you so much for the great video! It was genuinely helpful. One comment id like to add: maybe next time you should put a picture up of what you are mentioning. (as someone who havent played with all the extensions yet, nor have seen any of the upgrade packs, extras etc, it was confusing/ hard to follow of what you were talking about without the visual reminders) (I know you did the above sometimes, but maybe not often enough)
Thanks so much! I appreciate your comment, we'd always love to do more B-Roll, but time is always a factor. I do think we have a fair amount here though, with nearly 100 B-roll spots and they generally are showing what we currently are talking about. We get a few comments regarding this, and I think it's important to point out (generally, not directly at you!) often people are directly comparing us and what they see on the larger channels, which are run by full time professionals paid to do this and funded by viewers/publishers. We're doing this outside of our full-time jobs to help people, and we've never asked for money, only for people to subscribe, so we just can't match the level and amount of work that goes into other videos, nor are we trying to! Instead, we try to make honest, helpful content, and we also script our videos, which adds a lot of production time on that other "talking-head" channels don't have.

I saw this game today at my local board game store and decided to look more into it, as I am looking for a game that is fun and easy to learn for new players of board games. I am a “go big or go home” person and I always want to be able to have the full experience of any game. Would you recommend spending the money on the collectors edition or should I try the regular edition first? Thank you!
I'm late to the party on watching this one, but I really appreciate the in depth review of the expansions here. I got the KS all-in collectors edition and I didn't know where to start with the expansions. Looks like New Leaf is the best bet. :) thanks you so much!!!
Since the designer said that Everdell was created to be played with the base game and one expansion at a time, I am wondering is it easy to retrieve the base game and just a single expansion out of the box or do you think it inconvenient to have to unpack the big box each time?
If you mean from the big ole box of storage it's fairly easy as everything has its place, cards have dividers, resources have their own spots, etc. Probably the most tedious thing is that all boards go together in a specific order so you might have to take a few out to get the ones you want.
I haven't yet played everdell, but a bit confused with expansions. I mean it's even more of them now as I know. Like Bellfaire, Pearlbrook, Spiritcrest, Mistwood, now NewLeaf. Maybe I even forgot some.. It's just crazy 😮. So it's possible to play all of them together same time? Are more coming? Cause the price for all of them together is like a new Iphone 😂
Sorry to hear you didn’t get the answers from the buyer’s guide and you’re left unsure still! We don’t know about any future expansions, probably best to keep an eye on the publisher’s news for that!

@@philipkelly7369 I'd argue it is unhelpful, not because of your opinion, but because you haven't given any thoughts or opinions on why it's not for someone. I'd stick with the regular edition - the collectors is mainly if you want some fancier components and little extras.
