1. Washing out chopped potatoes and carrots will destroy all the juice with natural vitamins and minerals and salts . Remaining the empty fibers only . It's no more potato or carrot at all .., 2 . At the end mixing of 3 or 4 spoon fulls of starch and even the potato starch is again questionable . Why did you washed out the natural ingredients ?? No doubt the result is crispy balls but devoid of any healthy stuff .......???
