There is nothing from the sea that you could throw over a noodle with tomato sauce or aglio olio that I wouldn't absolutely devour. Pasta and seafood are my two favorite foods, and when combined, dear God in heaven there is nothing better...Gnocchi while ok is the only Italian dish I am not wild about...

When we were done , she started throwing all the leftovers in the trash. this was about 12 yrs ago & I am still mortified. We Italians would NEVER! Also this is a fab dish :) So delicious !Thank U !

Your recipes are SO easy, I never have to worry whether or not I have the ingredients. They are, pasta and the sauces consist of pasta water, olive oil, and garlic, sometimes tomatoes, pepperoncino, salt, pepper, basil, oregano, parsley and sometimes anchovies & cheese. I can always do your dishes without the need to run to the store. I appreciate your simple elegant recipes. Not over done or complicated, just a wonderful blend of all of the natural flavors.

Watching someone cook is so much more than a recipe, it's also a graceful transference of cooking and food knowledge.

I did two tours in South Korea between 1976 and 1980 and the best food I had came from street stands and the restaurants the size of a small shack. On my first tour I was closer to the sea than I was on my second which was on the southeast side of Seoul. Eating in small restaurants enabled me to watch the cooks and learn. There are some things my wife won't eat unless I cook it and I think she's a better cook. The best meals can be the simplest.
The dish you are cooking looks so delicious. You put pasta directly from the boiling pan to the frying pan with ingredients. The authentic Italian pasta dish seems to do it. I am a japanese and like Italian dishes very much. I now learned from you how to cook seafood pasta, spaghetti, linguini and other pasta. Thank you. I like cooking very much.
