Twenty-five years ago I retired as a cook in the Navy for 21 years but hardly ever cooked at home. Since watching your videos, I have a new passion for cooking. Love this recipe. I tweaked it a little bit. Not a fan of scallops so I replaced it with grilled lobster meat that I cooked on my weber charcoal grill with my shrimp. I also added a little bit of lobster flavored Better than Bouillon to the cream mixture for some added seafood flavor. Came out great

I made your spaghetti, shrimp and scallops recipe while I was watching the video, so I was cooking with you. I just finished eating it and it's delicious. I didn't have any white wine, unfortunately,, so I used sweet vermouth and that seemed to be okay. I didn't put cheese on my fish :-)
I love this! Have made lazy scallop and shrimp scampi separately before w/ sauce from a jar, this will be a great way to combine two favorite dishes~ 😋😋😋
I made it. The family loved it. One tip. Use Chef Pasqual's proportions. I added to much cream and it needed salt and was a little watery. Nonetheless it was great!
