By far my favorite go to Italian cooking channel between his personality and recipes/authenticity in my opinion, there’s nowhere else to go on RUclips better than here. Keep up the great work Pasquale 👍
I HOPE YOU NEVER STOP - I LOVE YOUR RECIPES - im late but you already hearted my comment but my friend online from Siena says it tastes just like how her mother would make she is showing everyone your account she knows from back home :]
Oh Pascale! You bring back soooo many memories of growing up and eating at my Nanny’s apartment in Tuckahoe😊I can almost taste and smell all the good things if I close my eyes😊❤️👍🏻. I’m married 32 years and Nanny’s been gone longer than that but I still treasure all her recipes and thank you for some new ones to add to my collection Chin chin!❤
Ah Pasquale! Now I want some Pasta with clams, so bad. It is all your fault. The best part, it gives me a good reason to pull the cork on a bottle of my wine. Salute!
Pasquale, you are giving away my secret. I always use these! I just add some butter/lemon zest and juice in addition to what you've just made. It is delicious!!! Chin-Chin
Long live the Pasquale ❤Yum my fav spaghetti when I go out to eat. I’ll make it at home now. Im Anticipating to see your garden again this summer. Love your fig tree.Thank you well done.
I’ve used your other recipe where you use capers & anchovies to make this “clam linguine” and it’s so delicious…My wife and I have had it several times already…Thanks for your great videos…
When looking for a recipe, I’m usually looking at three or four to find similarities and alternatives. I’ve seen several “linguine with canned clams” recipes and all of them have pretty much the same ingredients. But when I hear that Italian accent, I trust I’m on the right path. Thank you kind sir! Buon appetito!
I have made linguine and clam sauce for years and now I come across across Pasquale using the same recipe...with one small difference. I don't add the clams until after I've reduced my sauce. That way there is never a chance of cooking them tough. I love this channel.
Pasquale is the best Italian chef on you tube , this is a great recipe & I like cherry stone or little neck clams , but canned will work , but I can get the ones in a jar, taste fresher. God Bless everyone
I am going to make this recipe This week. I loved how simple this gentlemen's directions were not to mention I loved his Italian accent. Reminds me of my grandmother talking to me, lol.
Great video. My grandparents had the same beautiful accent! My only variation to this recipe is to add 2 tablespoons of salted butter and a few capers. Either way this dish is a classic.
Im so use to making this with clams in the shell. I like the idea of not dealing with the shells. I’m definitely going to try this recipe. It looks so yummy! I’ll make it for sure! I’ll have some wine with it too!☺️
Wow, that pasta really soaks back up the sauce and then it is perfect, not wet or dry. I like the red pepper flakes and the garlic idea also. I also saw how well you rinsed the clams in the sink. Thanks Pasquale.
Salud Pasquale! I made this recipe yesterday and it was so delicious and easy to make. Thank you for sharing this recipe with us. Have an awesome day! 🥰🥰😋😋👍🏻👍🏻🏆🏆🍷🍷
Some of my best memories as a kid was the simple but delicious food. Thanks for bringing back those recipes. Tonight for Good Friday I made this. I couldn't help myself.I are the whole thing. Delicious! Keep up the good work!
The Cento clams in the can are already cooked. The clams should have been added after the clam juice had simmered with the white wine and then heated through. Lastly, add the parsley. I prefer crushed red peppers versus the black pepper.
Add clams last - check! With the parsley - check! Red pepper flakes over black pepper - check! You hit them all… EXCEPT - a splash of dry vermouth just before adding the clam broth
Get the recipe on my website: orsararecipes.net/linguine-with-canned-clams
Have you added some chopped green onions.. butter and have added a 12 oz bag of cooked shrimp med or large 😋👍
Back to the old style Pasquale videos. Just the man and his great food. A perfect "10".

When do you add the butter? To the garlic or after everything is combined? Thanks

I would pay to be his apprentice, wash all dishes and deep clean his kitchen if it meant I was learning authentic Italian from the best Pasquale.
