Welcome to day 6 friends. Today we continue to build on the classes from recent days. I hope you have moments of feeling familiar and moments of experiencing something new.
I find it very interesting to observe where my body is ‘stuck’, almost glued together! Only day 6 and my body looks forward to a movement ‘wake-up’ each day. I’m not dispirited but I’ve such a long way to go!! Thanks for the instructions @CharlieFollows
Thanks again Beautiful Charlie. Fortunately, i was able to move more easily through this practice. Thank Goodness, because I am sore . Even if I Was tumbling and fumbling lately, strength was still used . And , since I have advanced stage cirrhosis of the liver, my strength is less , a lot less , than I used to be. I really do like the gradual approach that the course has been taking. I've already began noticing a change in my balance and mobility, as well as an overall feeling of positivity.
I have been practicing yoga from home for a few years now. A few months ago, I wanted to change things up, wanted to explore different teaching styles. Somehow I found Charlie and decided to give it a try. Then, I saw she was going to offer this 30 day challenge. I was skeptical. I didn't think I needed a beginners challenge but I was really looking forward to join a yoga challenge in January. Well, 5 days in and I'm glad I've joined! I'm really enjoying her classes and this challenge has helped me to really be present during my practice. I think my love for yoga has rekindle :) Looking forward to exploring Charlie's yoga channel after this challenge.
Such a controlled practice, I can feel my body reacting in the poses as we breathe and hold positions. Charlie, you are a wonderful teacher, explaining with such clear, calm descriptions that you feel empowered to do your poses and breathes correctly. I thank you 🙏🏻
A year ago I was taking a lot of Advil for my back pain, then I discovered yoga and now I am pain free... Thank you Charlie for your classes.. I am loving this challenge🎉🎉🎉

I'm definitely not new to yoga, but every practice of this challenge feels new every day and this morning, with Day 6 practice, I felt something I never felt before: fresh and vital lympha running through my spine up to my head as I rolled my back up in tadasana. Such a powerful and regenerating feeling. Many have already said it in the comments and I 100% agree: you are the best teacher I've ever met on the web, thank you for this great opportunity. Thank you for the wonderful class! My transition to downward dog is getting smoother!!! I love how the simplicity of the practice helps me to refine my movements and begin to connect and flow. I was more aware today when going from chair to warrior 2 why I was needing to make so may adjustments to get my heel aligned with my foot. I wasn't lifting and placing the foot back where it needs to be. So simple, yet before I couldn't feel it. Enjoy your day

I'm combining today's practice with day 5 (after this), so it's another skipped day for me. But, unlike day 4 where I was filled with so much frustration, I came to a place of acceptance. Accept that I may not be able to do this challenge every day. Accept that my body is in the process of getting stronger. And because of that, this class's practice felt more wholesome for me. I was able to focus fully on the movement, instead of comparing myself. I realize that I am getting stronger, little by little, and I know if I could finish this challenge, I could be stronger than day 1. Thank you Charlie!
You've been having us go into Warrior 2 from Chair, and the burn from alignment and integrity in the poses has this experienced yogi sweating and shaking! Fully activated! ❤ Loooooved the ease into TREE 🌳 today too. Thank you Charlie! 🙏🏽

Charlie, I think this is a grand offering and I honor your time and energy. Today's class was nice, but I really struggled at the end sitting on my heels. I was disappointed that there was no modification given or time allowed for getting props in this position. If this is truly for beginners please take into consideration the flexibility needed in the ankles and tops of the thighs to sit comfortably in this posture.
Well this morning i felt a bit off but i did the practice and feel better for it a bit looser. Again im delighted to have found Charli as its giving me a gentle nudge to keep my pratice going and i found the half spilt very challenging but went as far as i could. So no complaints just appreciation for this gift of yoga 🧘♂️🧘♀️ ♡
Lovely morning yoga on a day when it is cold and snowy outside and I'm feeling a little under the weather :(. I feel a bit better after yoga - thank you. Also, I love that your videos give me a couple of moments of silence so I have time to pause it before the advertisements start blaring.
This is the first day i'm satisfied with myself and not only with the course! I felt my body working today (after i paused and got my puppies out who really wanted to lick the medical cream off my face haha). Thanks and see you tomorrow!
Dear Charlie, thank you so much for your hard work. I appreciate your content and your guidance so much, especially because there are so many people who don't have the option to pay for a yoga class. I've recently learned I'm pregnant. :) I'm glad I'm still in the very early stage and can take part in this challenge and I've been really enjoying it so far. I wanted to ask you or anyone who might know: Do you have a recommendation for a RUclips Channel for prenatal Yoga? I would love to keep on going with my practice, if my body is able to do so. Though I want to do practices that are safe for me and the baby. I'd appreciate any recommendations. :) ❤
I nearly didn't show up today. I was tired and had a mild tension headache. I made it and I am proud. I wonder if there is an accommodation for feeling a bit uncomfortable in the upper tummy when in child's pose.
Thank you for the practice. My thighs are still not strong enough to maintain the warrior pose so soon after the chair pose. I experienced uncomfortable popping in the knees on the left side this time, even though I use a towel to pad them.
