I hope there's a few men doing it with me but I don't really mind as I'm well used to it!! Yous women are way ahead of us when it comes to trying things I go to the gym, meditation and even drawing classes and guess what it's mostly women !! 😂
I absolutely loved this - I need to lose some weight but I've realised until I get happy with where I am and learn to be happy in myself it isn't going to happen. So I've come back to yoga to find peace and see where it takes me ❤❤😊 thank you for this wonderful course
I almost missed today's class as it was a busy and tiring day for me. But I'm so glad to show up, even though it's right before my bed time. This was such a relaxing class, I almost fell asleep during shavasana! I think I'll save this video for when I'm feeling overwhelmed and just need to care for my body. Thank you Charlie!

Been practicing over a decade and never heard to roll my pelvis forward in puppy pose. I usually do the opposite and was so interested in playing with that! 🙏🏽 Plus I love this kind of feel good practice. ❤
Charlie, Thank you so much! Today was easier for me. More correctly it was easier on my wrists than day 1. I’m really enjoying this. I did day one twice yesterday it just feels so good. I feel like I’m giving myself love energy while I’m practicing.
Thanks to your channel I've decided to come back to yoga after years of health difficulties. I started in December doing yoga practice every couple of days with the beginner videos. I practiced throughout Christmas, and every day since New year's Eve. Thanks for your amazing work and perfectly made videos. All the best from Ireland ❤
@@lMsoCOOL oh yay, that's great to hear! Learned it from yinyoga, a very dkow relaxing yoga with is great for dtiff muscles. Another version that is really great for the neck also, is putting your hands on a table or high bed, and bend your back so your head is relaxing downwards. relax in your arms as much possible. Breath slowly for 20-25 breaths. REALLY effective, and quite tough to do 😅
I really enjoyed this class for my shoulders and upper body. I woke up feeling tension and a bit of pain. Now I feel a lot lighter and better. Thank you Charlie 😊

It's a few minutes after midnight where I live, but Day 2 is done!!!!! Thank you for this gentle practice, yesterday's class wasn't anything too challenging but i was still quite sore today! This was very easy to follow and perfect to relax before bed ❤
so calming - thank you - loved the shorts on breathing as relates to postures and moving forward on mat after downward facing dog, these mysteries have been vexing:)

Thank you! Yesterday was a tough sweaty start, I wouldn't have been able to do it if I hadn't being doing soft morning yoga almost every day since September. I could do that extended table top without getting wobbly! Couldn't hold that long though 😅 hopefully in 30 days ❤ today was a lovely calming breeze, which I really needed ❤❤

Try it with two pillows under your arms! It will stretch even more, and will be easier on your neck and nose 😊
