The Monmouth County Board Riders team surfed in the National Finals held at Lowers in Trestles Beach on 05-27-2023. The Monmouth County team qualified for the nationals event after winning their regionals in New Jersey. The surf team traveled out to the incredible surfing break Lowers located in Trestles Beach, California for the national finals. Several surfers from the Jersey Shore towns had surfed at Lowers before. Although for many it there first trip to this famous surfing break.
