This was very informative, thank you. I was wondering if these rates such as project manager work for any project or just artist projects? I tried to google payment structures for project managers in a cic and was unable to locate this information, please could you advise? Id like to be able to pay staff also, such as a CTO and even hire teenagers, do you or could you create a video on this please?

Are you limited by shares or guarantee and do funders tend fund one over the other
