You need to assign s to r and r to s as s indicates set and r indicates reset, so Q(n+1)=1 when s=1 r=0 and Q(n+1)=0 when r=1 and s=0.

When constructing SR latch using NAND GATE, we have to use NOT GATE also with S input & R input.
Means, we've to consider S' & R' as inputs while using NAND GATE.
So, the above truth-table is incorrect.
Sir please check it once.
