I understand so many things now. But how does one cope when the person you are in relationship with refuses to let you speak your mind, no matter how properly it is conveyed? No wonder feel so joyless, as I am betraying myself, always saying what I know they want to hear, when it is not in line with what I am thinking. When I am truthful, it is rejected or resisted and I am made to feel sorry that I even attempted to speak up. How can I change this?
