A few suggestions for the next Gold Cast:
The "GS Ball" from Pokemon(Gold&Silver Pokeball), but you would need half the volume made of silver, too!
The original Super Mario Coin (high def version - mirror polished)!
The three-sided "Angel Blade" from Supernatural!
The Hellraiser Puzzle Box (a cube made of at least two movable & perfectly fitting parts)!
A Golden Harp (working miniature)!

Some question... who will clean the lawn from plast dust, and you would ever use again the old process casting in a mould of red oiled sand? Which one is easier? Would you ever make a video about the maintenance of your casting tools?

Do you know how u casted wraiths heirloom knife. You could cast Bloodhounds new heirloom axe from apex. Maybe do it out of brass or aluminum since it is bigger than the karambit or the heirloom knife.

At 6:53 you put it in the kiln. Is that to burnout/melt the 3D printed copy to allow you to pour?
So the plastic helmet melted in the furnace beforehand? or as soon as you poured the aluminum?
