Haven’t watched every shift by any means but what I’ve seen isn’t even close.. if ur out there giving it everything u got n just are snake bitten hitting posts or setting guys up that can’t finish but this just isn’t the case

Just because the player has changed doesn't mean the sentiment has, if you got dead weight you don't keep carrying it around. It is not worth 8 Years of 10.5m being lost on a player that puts up not even third line stats, do you even watch the flames or are you just making a blanket argument for the sake of it. Watch how often he is caught flat footed when the puck comes to him, hell there is a clip somewhere of all the times he isn't skating just waiting for the play to develop, its hard to take the zone right if you are not moving, he loses so much time and space because of his lack of movement that most of his pass or shot attempts are lacklustre. It is the same for any team, look at Edmonton should they retain their miserable goal tending in Jack Campbell do you just hold on to a liability for the sake of hoping it gets better. The Point is he is not even remotely close to a 10.5 million dollar performance, how much longer to do allow someone making that salary to hide under the i am still acclimating blanket.@@mikegeiler2347
It’s actually not as simple as what flames fans make it out to be. The guy actually has immense talent. But he requires very unique coaching and play style. The panthers knew exactly what they were doing to get the most out by playing to his strengths in games.
