The PTSD & fibro had been so bad I barely left my house for several years. DNRS has been working miracles for me! I am leaving me house again. I’m in less pain, less fatigue, less anxiety, no depression. I’m only a couple of weeks out from finishing the program! I would HIGHLY recommend it to anyone who is suffering. If you’re unsure about the program, read Annie Hopper’s (woman behind DNRS) book “Wired for Healing”. She bases everything on Dr Doidge’s studies. Good luck!

    Hello, I have suffered from chronic depression that fueled anxiety, loss of interest in the world and especially myself for decades. Now that I am getting older I have realized that medication isn't the answer for all people, essentially it's only a bandaid for a gaping wound for most. As such I have shifted my focus toward deep rhythmic breathing and healing orientated stretching when such episodes arise, these have helped rid me of the prescribed medications and shifted the self detrimental thoughts from the fore ground of my mind. The fight isn't over but I think now I finally have a chance of winning some day. I hope this can help someone else.

      @PraxisOfHealthBillFaulkner 3 года назад

      @@AbsoluteMotivation Just a quick background story. I grew up in a low income area, in the city of Philadephia, PA (USA). My mom raised my sitsters and I on her own. Needless to say, times were hard for many years and money or, the lack of money was always an issue. In my 20's I discovered motivational speakers.
      All my life I wanted to be rich. I started many businesses only to watch them fail. There were times when I worked 2 and 3 jobs and still couldn't keep money. I wasn't spending crazy, lived below my means, saved money, only to end up having to use it because something was always breaking down, no drugs, no booze, no dating for years and I STILL couldn't keep enough money - WTH!!
      I've been listening to motivational teachings for nearly 30 years. I've been doing affirmations and visualization processes and I have read 100's of books on 'success and getting wealthy'. Over the years, I took just about every course on "developing a success mindset" I could borrow money to get my hands on. After all of this, there was VERY little change and most of the time it was an "up and down" experience.
      In 2013, I lost my job due to downsizing in banking. Got behind on car payments and it got REPO! I ended getting goverment food assistance. That same year, I came across Bob Proctor. I watched his video, "how your paradigm is controlling your life". Seriously, I almost turned it off - wow!! Thankfully, I kept watching.
      Fast forward ..... in 2019 I began studying the 'Science of Mind - how thoughts become things'. I learned how through my thoughts, I could change my reality. I wanted some of that!!! This led me to Neuorplasticity and Binural Beats. I devoured everything I could get my hands on. I started reading about "Intermmittent Fasting" and how fasting changes neuro pathways of the brain. So, I began practicing fasting. Not for religious purposes but to enhance my awareness.
      In short, I've applied the Science of Mind teaching, along with the teachings John Assarf, Neville Goddard, the late Reverend Ike, Abraham-Hicks, "the Science of Getting Rich" by Wallace Wattles and many others.
      Growing up in a christian religious family, I was programmed to beleive in the God in the sky. Since learning Universal Laws of Prosperity and Infinite Abundance, I discovered the God "in me!". I learned much about "The Power of The Subconscious Mind" through Dr. Joseph Murphy's books and videos. Today, I'm happier and prosperous than I've ever been. I'm a certified fitness trainer, blogger, writer, digital marketer, network marketer with several online business that are doing well. The science of Neuroplasticity is the gateway to higher living!

It takes alot to get me upset and I'm able to get ahold of my feelings much faster. I do NOT suppress my emotions. Instead, I recognize how I feel in the moment and handle myself intelligently. My confidence is soaring. I hope this helps!

    To retrain your mind 1 must be aware of what the mind is doing. So we start at ground zero, just listen to whats going on inside. Self awareness is the first step, but this usually only happens after you realize you are not the body or the mind. To know thyself is the only answer. Its good that the masses are starting to ask questions about the mind, this is where all our problems are indeed. It seems that all the ancient civilizations where more in touch with the reality of the mind. There are many many stories trying to tell us all about the human experience and the mind. Beyond mind is the only real freedom that exist.

      @@cameronl.4702 They are worthless and damaging to these type of people that exploit these material goods, make them boost their ego and looks, while the complete oppossite happens when you are "resourceful" - it means only buying exactly as much as you actually need as a form of investment to grow more or eat and live better for your health, while in same time not rejecting further increasement of your assets as an option and seeing it as a way to gain more stability, e.g. there is a difference between a person that buys the trendiest stuff, pours millions of dollars around street as a trail for others to collect and overall acts cocky with it or sees money only as a gateway to hedonism and between a person who could be a millionaire, yet he would only spend minimum enough to get the food needs and minimum functionality of the daily tools and services he uses and in same time invested the rest to get even more money or invested it into creation of farm or development of a better living space for himself and around himself.

    Empty your mind, be formless, shapeless, like water. You put water into a cup, it becomes a cup. You put water into a bottle, it becomes a bottle. You put water into a teapot, it becomes a teapot. Now, water can flow. Or it can crash. Be water my friend.
