Got the 37lb bag because my ego told me I was a tough guy, it humbled me and I got the 26lb bag the next day and it’s much more appropriate for me to start with. The guy doing the workout in this video is as strong as a bull.
Yeah, he was on Bulgaria’s national freestyle teams some years back. Wrestling is a highly regarded sport in Bulgaria, so I can assure you he’s a genetic freak on top of probably at least a decade of intensive dynamic strength training. I’d bet the guy can clean 350 lbs and he wrestled at around 160 lbs. These heavy bags are no joke. You can’t throw them around like you can the same weight on a bar.
I started with the 22.5 (50lbs more or less) for the same reason (toxic ego). I got my back stuck for a week after the first rep without proper warmup 😂
Just picked up the 12 kg / 26 lb bag, after seeing many recommendations and tips from elite trainer & athlete Mike Salemi. What a workout I must say - such a top quality piece of equipment! Doing spins for the first time, I’m already felling very sore the next day (comparable to the feeling of the effect of long distance swimming on the core & upper body).
I see so many young kids getting into power moves with a barbell, and it just makes me cringe but with this bag...... Awesome!! It allows their wrists to move and strengthen in such a more safe and effective way!!
Man, I deeply hate doing workouts outside of practicing BJJ. But I bought a bag and I'm loving working out with it. It's the only tool I have ever enjoyed. It feels like you are gaining skills instead of mindlessly working out. A+++ tool

I made my owns Bulgarian bags and they are amazing. I used them when I trained wrestling so I knew them. Very intense and great work, they are great for muay thai and kick boxing because of the rotation. If that's the guy who invented them, he's a genius.

i have a 37lbs 50lbs 84lbs suples bulgarian bags . also a 22lbs suples powerball . these one my favorite gym pieces a must have tool for wrestlers and bjj players .
If you can spin the 84 lb Suples Bulgarian bag, I'm impressed. I can see using the heavy Suples bags for strap curls, presses, squats, and rows, but spinning an 84 lb Suples bag is way too heavy for the vast majority of people.
Beautifully crafted piece of equipment. Goes well with other unorthodox equipment like maces and clubs for when the gyms are shut down. Throw in a kettlebell you got a home gym.
I recently acquired a Club and Slam Ball to go with my kettlebell and resistance bands. Thinking I'm going to add these bags now. Gyms being closed has definitely pushed me to some out of the box workouts.
i have a 12kg and a 17kg and i love alternating between them to wave the load in training. have to say though, this lad is STRONG. the 17kg can be humbling on it's own.
i started with 10kg, (im 180cm for 75/76kg) now wanna take the 15kg( i workout mainly boxing) did u confirm an increment of muscles or weight using the 17 kg? or u just feel stronger and more fit
@@nicholascotardo3795 Ive been training with these bags for 4 months now and am 196cm tall, 95kg. I have a 17kg and just a few days ago started with a 22kg. Jumping up a weight is way harder than I thought it would be. Im new to this as well but i would say that if you can comfortably do all the exercises with the weight you have now then youll be fine to 'jump up a weight'. I would keep your current one as well. Use that for speed and your 'new' one for lower reps and strength.
I love my Suples Strong , you should do live stream on ig for us that follow the channel and you can have your coaches stream each week so we can see the mens technique and the womens technique and how they there circuit. Also is it better to do 10 reps or 30seconds?
I am working with the same kettlebells and was wondering the same thing,I was thinking of 15kg/33 lbs but if anyone can share some light it would be awesome

Excellent 👍 I will incorporate this training along with kettlebells 💪 thank you
Just purchased the 26lbs and 44lbs during quarantine. They’re excellent tools
We are glad to help!
Same, only I got the 26lb only! Fantastic workout!
What site did you get them from
“I’m not giving Miko enough rest time.”
...
“Show another variation of the cleans.”
CHAMPIONS!

How many kg for beginners to start with?
Perfect
What bag weight do people recommend I’m a fairly fit strong guy 6’2 210lbs
Try the 15 kg bag first and when you are used to the bag then you can switch to a heavier one.
Good 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾
could achieve it all with a bar and weights..
