Nice property, however, I would have to add several items for example: pot-filler at kitchen, change the color of cabinets since my other half doesn't care for dark cabinets, add glass doors in all bathrooms, get rid of all carpet due to my spouse allergies. Hey Joe! Happy Sunday! I thought I was in love with the Southern Dune III. In it the only thing missing was the pot filler. Now I’m in love with this one. The only thing missing is the pot filler and the soaker tub in the master. One day Joe, I want a home like this!

Hello Joe, as always a fantastic house on Sunday afternoons. Nice the huge main room with the kitchen. I also like the stairs to the 1st floor. I think wooden stairs are better than with carpets, they are simply easier to care for and look more valuable! The spacious backyard area with the outdoor kitchen and pool is also a dream. But the absolute hammer is the loft area with this huge balcony. That's just WOW !!! The master and the other two bedrooms complete the great house. It's a little dream. Hello Victoria, I hope you are enjoying your summer. My pool has been completed since June and we are loving it. How far along is your pool?
@@orlandohomefinders believe it or not, we are still waiting for a permit from the city. They really take their sweet time. My pool company said from excavation day it would take them to complete it in about 10 weeks. But the city is giving us a hard time with permit. I hope to get to swim in my pool by Christmas.
