Happy Sunday and good morning Joe. Like the front elevation. Like the gray brick work The backyard aerial looks 🔥. Different entry and view. Didn’t expect that front flex space. Thought it was part of the garage. 2 entries and exits. But if it could be a bedroom, where is the nearest bathroom. Great open concept. Large kitchen. Don’t care for white cabinetry and don’t care for the dark island and backsplash design but like it on the countertop. Easy fix right. Thank goodness for choices. Large pantry and island. Like the covered lanai. Love the fenced pool, jacuzzi and nice lounge area. Just need a mini outdoor kitchen. Do folks really leave their sliders open like that. I’m thinking lizards/snakes getting into the house and I’m not turning off my A/C 😂. Like the wine rack. Ok so this is the bath guests and the occupants of the flex space/bedroom would use. Got it. Laundry room is perfect. Sink/cabinetry/countertop. Upstairs now. A mid flex/loft area. That 1st bedroom is large. 2 closets and an en-suite. Lovely. Like showers that have that ledge for products. Better than a niche. Like how the shower sets behind the wall. Privacy. 2nd bedroom large as well. Oh a balcony. Like high transient windows. Don’t need curtains or blinds. 3rd bedroom also spacious. Look at that balcony. Wow. Even the hall linen closet is huge. Wow. Different having the closet and en-suite before the primary instead of in it. Great shower. Don’t like the navy tiling in any of the bathrooms. Would change that. So can enter the en-suite from the entry hallway or the primary itself. Beautiful home Joe with some unique features. Would change a few colors in tile , cabinet and countertop options but a lovely home. Thanks for sharing and see you next video.

I do see what you mean with the white and dark countertops, its a personal preference, but I do like white cabinet overall as I've tried other colors. hahaha, definitely lizards here in orlando, but I haven't seen any snakes or aligators yet. Hello Anja!! Happy Sunday my friend. I typically answer a week after, but I should try better to reply sooner. One of my favorite things is the pocket doors and the oversized sliders. I have large sliders with my home and it is soo great to have, although I don't have the pockets, its still great. I'm glad you loved this tour. I enjoyed it as well. Wow, that's a great, beautiful house. Love the pool, kitchen, and the upstairs bedrooms. The one bedroom upstairs has a bathtub , could that be changed to a shower instead.
One of the top homes you have shown recently, Joe. As always, you do such a great job and love how you point everything out, especially the upgrades and standard features. This home is fully upgraded, as you can tell, and is absolutely beautiful. I love the location of the stairs, but also think of how difficult it would be to get items up there with that hard turn. Any thoughts on that?

Love the space, style and light. BUT - what will they do with the car park, presumably they will eventually build another house? That'll block out virtually all the amazing natural light you currently get, on the left as you face in. That'd be a terrible shame.
Hi Francis. The model would be one of the last homes to sell, but before they do, they would sell the parking lot with a new construction build and would be the last home built in the community. It would definitely block out some light from this side of the home, but not all. Thank you for joining me!!

Hey PabloM. I know. A lot of the homes that I've been posting previously were in that range. Ever since 2021, home prices have increased by so much. The average price in Central Florida/Orlando area starts in the mid $400's now. We'll see what happens this year to see what the market will do. Thank you for watching!
Pool design is a lot of wasted spaces I would went to a longer pool not circle.
