I have to say, Joe: I watch a lot of these tours, from a lot of different realtors, and yours are unfailingly THE BEST. You make them about the HOUSE, not YOU, and you take the time to linger over details and give us a sense of the scale and the flow. Keep up the great work. I really appreciate it. I'm sure a lot of other people do, too.
Oh God I really really love this home. The lighting fixtures in this home are outstanding, each and every one of them I liked. There's only one thing I would change and I'm not going to mention it because I'm sure you know what it is. Wonderful showing as always. This is one of my favorite homes that I have seen
I love the grand foyer too. Oh it was the sales office. So the thing on the side of the garage. OK. You can easily sit for people on that island. And look at the kitchen. Very contemporary and I like the cabinets that go all the way up like that. My ceilings are kind of low so I can’t get that in my kitchen. I would have to raise the ceiling for that. But you can sit for people. The kids can sit right there doing their homework. And those spaces are being used by kids right now mostly when they do their online learning because of the pandemic. But when they do their homework, mom could be making dinner and the kids are sitting right there.
I like how things are a little more spread out. Off the kitchen is a breakfast nook with access to the patio and you have the family room. That’s a good size space. By the way that’s laid out, it makes it bigger than it looks. I would flip the furniture around in the family room though. You notice how the sofa is facing that niche where the TV is right now? I would move it around and then put the sofa on the right with the entertainment consul on that middle wall right there where that art sculpture painting is located on that wall.
Oh wow there’s room for a pool. And that’s a pretty good size yard anyways. There’s room for more than just that pool. You can put a hot tub out there. And Jacuzzi hot tub. Yes that lanai is a little bit small. But I do agree, there is an option to where you can extend it out. You might have to put the pool towards the back of the yard a little bit.

This house is stunning. I would change out the floor tiles for either less basic tiles or wood. Also, the stairs spindles should be wrought Iron. Backyard pool needs a spa tub, then the house would be complete

Beautiful home. I think they cut corners on standard bathroom top and sink and I like tiles that go to the top of the shower. Nice peace of property.
Between Florida and Georgia I look at a lot of home videos and this house by far beats them all! It’s nicer than some 1m homes I’ve seen!
