Yes, it's done really well and the space is really enormous. The absolute highlight is the 1st floor with the huge loft and the two large bedrooms. This house is really something special. To add the "super bonus" (that's what they call it), it was an extra $89,900. But, that gives you the 2 big rooms, huge loft, full kitchen, laundry room, and 2 extra full bathrooms. Worth every penny!

I saw your walkthrough video of the same house in Clermont, but it wasn't exactly like the one that we're building. I was really hoping that you would do a video of the Arlington with the "Super Bonus". So, I was so thrilled when I saw this video. Thank you for the tip to make sure the builder vents the upstairs microwave outside. We didn't even think of that.
Drove around Winter Garden looking at houses. Looking at finally settling in Orlando somewhere close along W. Colonial (50), but not too far out at Clermont. Selling house up in N. VA.
Wow. Watching in awe. That first bedroom on the second floor is bigger than the master downstairs. It could’ve had its own en suite. Such a large home and both laundry rooms small. No cabinets, sink or counter. At least the 3 rd bedroom had an en suite. Lovely home but had a bit of wasted space. 1 story enough. The den/office had a closet. That could’ve been the fourth bedroom. Put a Murphy bed by night, office by day.
